I went to another truck rental place but they didn't have trucks available so I looked online for one near me. To be honest, I usually go to places that only have good Yelp reviews - since this didn't have any I was a bit hesitant. BUT!! I couldn't be any happier!! When I walked in I was helped immediately and was on my way with the truck in no more then 15 minutes. And, when I returned I was helped fast and on my way out in less then 10 minutes. I drove to a third location, only to find it closed. Then, I went to the fourth location, which had the larger size that I didn't need. The fourth location told me to contact the first location (this place) to transfer the reservation, so I could get the same price. However, they wouldn't transfer it, so I wasted two hours trying to find a U-Haul truck. This obviously caused delays in the entire process, especially when I was trying to pick it up and start the moving process. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I was pretty surprised the price of it being quite a bit lower than the Place in Norco that's literally walking distance from my house/office. Jim and John had it priced (almost) at 5 figures lower than the other utility truck place. This thing has less than 30k miles on her....brand new for a diesel Chevy. Gentlemen, you're appreciated as my company continues to grow. I do spread the word about your place as often as I can, and that says a lot! Strongly recommend seeing these guy if you want an 8 month old service truck/van (example of one of my purchases) and save a good 10 grand or if you want to save a little bit more with a higher mileage, checked and maintained by them before it ever hits the lot. Location wise for me, Freeway Isuzu is the closer option, rather than driving to Fontana for parts. I gave this place benefit of the doubt and still called anyways last week, they definitely didn't disappoint. He was rude from the beginning with a bad tone in his voice and due to not having my VIN on hand, I was given bad customer service and told he can't help me. I was only looking for maintenance filters, assuming they have many in stock and VIN shouldn't be an issue but according to him it was. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to have him in charge of a whole department. Never met the guy in person but that's a bad look. I will never do business with this place and never recommend anyone to get parts from here, as long as he's in charge or employed here. I instead drove the 30 minutes farther to Rush in Fontana and received my parts with 100% better customer service and will continue to give them my business. Today is July 11, and after 19 days, my truck is still sitting in their shop. The repair itself was extremely simple--it only required replacing a few basic components on the refrigeration unit--yet every time I call, I get a different excuse for why it still isn't finished. Getting anyone on the phone or receiving a clear update is nearly impossible. Because my truck has been sitting in their shop for almost three weeks, I have lost multiple transportation contracts that I was legally committed to fulfill. The financial damage from being unable to work has already cost me thousands of dollars. I also want to warn anyone considering purchasing a truck here: do NOT waste your money on their extended warranty. I paid extra for the warranty, but when my truck broke down, I was repeatedly told that many of the required parts were somehow "not covered." On top of that, the labor costs were kept artificially low while the parts were priced at several times their normal value, leaving me with an unexpectedly expensive repair bill despite having purchased additional warranty coverage. The $29 daily rental fee is misleading, as the company profits more from the miles than just the truck rental. They also dislike when customers drop off at different locations. The truck's cabin had a musty smell, and it appeared that it had only been lightly wiped down. Furthermore, the gas tank was left empty when we picked it up. I suggest filling these trucks up because most people who are moving simply want to start their journey without having to find a gas station first. The lock mechanism needs to be easier to open; it took four attempts before we finally managed to unlock it. The drop-off process was also lengthy, with multiple pictures taken instead of just one of the odometer reading, followed by acknowledging the truck's condition and dropping the keys off in the after-hours bin. It would be beneficial to simplify the process.

We are in the process of moving my son and we needed a 26-foot truck. Since we will be driving to his new home for three days, we had checked in early with Mr Patel, the manager, and discuss how important it was for us to get a newer truck that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. He explained to us that trucks come and go and he doesn't always have control over it, but he would do what he can. Mr. Patel was able to wrangle us a new 26-foot truck that doesn't smell like smoke and he gave us a great deal all around. It's a one way drop-off and he gave us tips on how to save money with leaving it in another state. He also gave us a great deal on a utility dolly rental. I have not always had great experiences renting box trucks, but Mr Patel did a great job and I highly recommend this U-Haul rental center. The Patels tried to be as accommodating as they possibly can be. They are very customer-oriented!

But I decided to wait until we absolutely decided we were taking the trip. When I called back to lock it in, they had changed their system, and it is now rerouted to the enterprise booking department, which is not through the stores. They quoted me another $400 plus towing fee! After some back-and-forth and roundabouts, I was able to get through to the store again. They honored their original quote, and even took off the charge for towing, which would have been $250. They gave me extra mileage at no cost, which I appreciated as we did 2500 miles! The truck was only one year old and in excellent clean condition. It hauled our trailer like it was nothing. I appreciate that they are now open till 11 AM on Saturdays, so we could return the truck on the weekend. All the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make your rental a five star experience. I will continue renting from only them, as it is a breeze to work with them. The Enterprise Trucks location in Corona is absolutely amazing. I bought a horse trailer in March…read moreof 2025 to help safeguard my 2 horses from the wildfires in case we ever need to evacuate. But since I don't have a truck and the trailer blocks my driveway, it needs to be moved every time I have hay delivered every 3 weeks, so the only way for me to accomplish this is to rent a truck every 3 weeks from this Enterprise location. I think I've rented probably 5-6 times so far, and every time I have picked up or returned my rental, it has been such a pleasant experience. From when I first walk through the door to the time I'm behind the wheel, it probably is only about 5 minutes total. What an incredible resource this location is for anyone who needs a tow vehicle temporarily. Everyone there is so personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. They always go above and beyond to help me with my rentals, including cheerfully answering all my questions about truck brands or rental policies, graciously assisting with price adjustments when I've overfilled the gas, and having no issues with accidentally early or late pickups. They also now recognize me when I walk in, and I'm always greeted cheerfully, as well, which is nice! This particular occasion, they had assigned me a Dodge long bed, and even given me a discount on the rental price upon request as the normal day rate I'd been getting for months had gone up quite a lot for the summer season, so they split the difference, which was so helpful and a wonderful gesture. That's when I happened to see a Chevy short bed on the lot, and asked if I could have that one instead as I hadn't ever driven a Chevy before, and our home is a bit too small to maneuver a long bed easily. They swiftly and cheerfully agreed to swap the trucks and put the Dodge back and got the Chevy ready for me, including vacuuming and washing it. It was apparently brand-new and even still wrapped in plastic inside, so I was the very first renter! I know for a fact that if this location did not exist, there would be no way I could ever try out a brand-new truck in a real-world towing situation, so I'm very appreciative and grateful for the services this location provides! In general, this location always has sparkling clean, very new trucks, often in higher and more luxurious trim models, in good repair. Whenever the hay delivery people see the trucks I rent connected to my horse trailer, they are always astonished that these are rental trucks since they are such high quality. Your nice trucks are definitely your own best advertisement! There was one time you rented me an F-250 XLT diesel in a glossy light grey, and that one definitely turned heads! I haven't yet had a need to actually tow my horses anywhere, but I know that until I can afford my own truck, I will definitely always rent from this location to ensure that I can have a new and sufficiently strong tow vehicle so that my horses can be transported as safely as possible. Truly, although it is expensive to rent every 3 weeks, the fees pale in comparison to the price of a new truck, and as a bonus, I don't have to worry about any of the maintenance or other ownership costs. I've never been so glad to give my hard-earned money to a rental car company before now! If only every rental car company was as nice and accommodating as Enterprise Trucks Corona is!!
