This gas station is great, and the staff is amazing. Big shout-out to AM/PM Superstars Robin, Kara, Bruce, Michelle, and Bianca. They are always friendly and helpful, and they make it feel more like visiting friends than stopping at the gas station. I can go to any corner in Las Vegas and fuel up, get a soda and a bag of chips, or "cookies and or a car wash," but I choose to come here because the store is always clean, and the staff is awesome. I have loved this store since day 1. For the most part the Cashiers are nice, but the workers in the floor are super friendly and they will help you find something in a heartbeat! I hardly come here but we stopped to get a drink. Then I saw these new puffed nuggets HUGE sign that said buy one get one free so I grabbed two my fiancé paid so when we got to the car he told me that it was regular price. So I go back in and before I go and say something I always go and look maybe it was something I missed. So I go to the register and asked how much does this ring up he scanned both and it came out regular price. I told him it was wrong and he said he had to get his supervisor. Bruce is his name came out and said there was nothing he could do he couldn't change the price. And walked away. So rude so I told the cashier I wanted a refund. He kept making excuses. After my experience at this location I can see why they have so many one star reviews. I was in desperate need for gas tonight and stopped here. I asked for $50 of gas and then I showed the cashier the barcode to my earnify app. I download this app through Amazon Prime recently and I have used it a few times a AmPms. None of the cashiers knew what the app was and I have had to show it to each of them but there has been no issue...until tonight. The cashier was confused and asked what it was so I explained it and showed her the app and the rewards that are literally only good at AmPm. She said she didn't think I was a scammer, but there's a lot of scams out there so she wanted to speak with her store manager. I was a little frustrated because I was exhausted plus, if the barcode doesn't work then it just wouldn't work and that would have been fine. The manager came in and I explain what the app was. I show him that app is through Amazon and it is good at AmPm. He said "no, not for our little franchise." I'm like what do you even mean? He did not look into it, which if you google earnify (powered by BP) it say you download it through AmazonPrime and it will be replacing the current AmPm app. But instead he just said no. Im not sure what kind of scam we was concerned of or could even been done with a barcode. I was not going to get gas there without being able to use my app so I said I did want the gas after all And that the company is going to end up losing out on money. I wasn't trying to be rude when I said that and I didn't necessarily mean my money, but if this is the new AmPm app others that have been using the app may also not shop or get their gas there. As I was walking out of the store he kind of chuckled and said "that's alright, I think we'll be ok." I probably would have just let it go if it weren't for that little remark. Since the store manager doesn't think a business needs customers money to run (and pay his salary), I highly suggest if you don't need gas immediately go to another AmPm or if you do need gas right away the Safeway Gas at Albertsons is just up the street (which is where I ended up going tonight) read more

Giving this location a 5 star rating just to help and support this location. Been going to this location for a couple years now and the service has been good and consistent for me. Workers are always nice and friendly and hardworking, gas can last me the whole day, they have what I need but would be nice if they continued to sell good ice cream again but I have no control over that. They do they best to keep the area clean especially the restrooms. They do they best to keep food in stock along with drinks. They may not have "everything" but they have other good replacements which is still suitable. Would highly recommend this place as a good spot to get gas, wash your car (you do have to wipe it down yourself but I don't mind it), free vacuuming for the inside which is nice, would be nice if they can always make sure every vacuum is usable the best ones is always the far left one and if they made every one like that one that'd be great the others "work" but not as good as the far left one, a good place to get snacks and drinks to keep ya going and another note it would be nice if they can stay ontop of they ice maker (cubes always work but everyone goes the crushed one and that always runs out so it would be nice if they always made sure that one is always available). The car wash ripped my drivers side mirror off. I took a statement from one of the employees and was told by the manager I would be getting a call from the owner in a couple days after he reviewed the camera footage. It's been a month and 2 weeks. I have been back in there several times to ask to speak to him. He is never there and they can not give me a number or email to contact him. I have called and left messages. It just sucks. I can't get upset at the employees because it isn't their fault. And the owner will not reach out but I can't do anything but hassle the employees that have no say in anything. So just know if you use this car wash and it damages your car they will pretend it never happened. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

Before driving up in the mountains, I need the confidence that my vehicle is fueled up with gasoline and that I'm fueled up with hydration. Recently, I have headed up to the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area with Arco confidence. This Arco is new, but seems like it's always been there. This Arco and AM/PM Convenience store is a crowded yet upbeat last stop before the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area. The property is well-maintained. For me to give a gas station and convenience store four stars, a couple of factors include an upbeat environment and being relatively free of vandalism. When I write about vandalism, I am addressing the problem that many gas stations in Las Vegas have with graffiti carved into the fuel pumps. This Arco is vandalism free. Instead of vandalism carved into the gas pumps, there are speakers. This location joins the newest gas station technology in broadcasting music from a gas pump speaker. And speaking of gas, Arco is a low-price fuel leader. Cleaniness doesn't end at the pump. This Arco is also a center for automobile cleaning. The premises feature a car wash and complimentary vacumns. The AM/PM store is the antithesis of some of the dingy convenience stores sprinkled throughout the valley. The convenience store features a snack bar, fountain beverage machine, and usual. Being Las Vegas, there is a slot machine parlor. Before headed out to the mountains, I'll usually pick up a 32 ounce beverage with crushed ice and two bottles of spring water for $2. If I am driving back from the mountains to Henderson on a full stomach, this is an appropriate spot for a 32 ounce beverage to carry me on the 215. The one flaw that this Arco has is if your driving up to the mountains is that it is on the left side of Durango Drive. This turns into a slight inconvenience, especially when cars turning right from Deer Springs prohibit a safe u turn that creates driving out of the way to turn around in a subdivision. Then leaving Arco, there is a long light waiting to turn left on Durango from Deer Springs. The Durango at Deer Springs Arco is one of the last stops before driving up to the Spring Mountains. It is a wise first choice for the last stop before the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area. read more

The worst customer service ever, they don't acknowledge your presence even when you are right in their face trying to pay. they don't offer to give you the receipt and they give you a nasty attitude for having the nerve to ask for it. And that's happening in the last couple of months with the new young employees. Train your employees or hire people that are happy having a job. This review is mostly for the self serve car wash since I only really come here to get my car washed. The wash is decent. You have 4 options that range from 6-12 bucks. The most expensive comes with a spray wax coating which is actually pretty nice. There is usually an attendant that pressure sprays your car before going into the wash but I've been here a few times to where no one was there. They do have free vacuums but half the time all the stalls are being used and ppl tend to take forever. Some of the vacuums work really well, while the others not so much. The stall on the far end is a double and doesn't have vacuum hoses on both sides like the other 3 , so that sucks. Oh and one pet peeve about ARCO gas's is the $.35 surcharge on credit and debit gas transactions. read more

Always great service! Competitive gas prices, 50% off car washes on Mondays for military, 50% off for senior citizens on Wednesdays and 50% off for ladies on Thursdays. The even give you a free soda or coffee with each carwash. Vacuums are FREE 24 hours... Kind of cool. "Chris" at the car wash is awesome! He does a great job prepping your car and pre-spraying it... and it's amazing how much pride he takes and his job. Love it!! Tip: if you're using a Debit Card, put it through as "Credit" so you don't pay the service fee. read more

Have run my vehicle through this car wash twice. Even paid for the more expensive one. They are using dirty brushes or dirty water here so the vehicle doesn't get clean. Still bugs all over the front and windshield. On top of it all, the staff only wanted to tell me: "next time you come in for a wash - we will make it look good". I got news for you - this is next time. And my vehicle still looks like crap. If you value your vehicle cleanliness and your hard earned dollars - take your car somewhere else. read more

We wash our car here every few weeks. They spray the car before you go through the auto wash. The vacuums are free which is awesome if you never have change like me. The staff are always nice and efficient. The store is pretty standard, although the lot has better lighting than most so it doesn't feel creepy there at night. read more

There needs to be consistency on the pricing. If I bring my own cup from a previous purchase for ice... Not a beverage, but ICE! Why am I being charged the price that I would pay for a beverage? All across the United States were there are ampm's I've only been charged for the ice as I've brought my own cup in. One day you go in and it's one price, the next you go in and it's changed. Not to mention the employers are huddled up talking about customers.. Don't get an attitude because I simply said the price keeps changing. But, to discuss me with another customer saying" Oh we get a hard time, you know the customer is always right." Unacceptable and unprofessional. This ampm needs a training on customer service... I was born and raised in Vegas so have watched it grow and I took my Chevy traverse thru and got great service from Tonya who sprayed my car down and was also shocked when I got out of the car to vacuum it that my car was almost completely dry! The new Arco is the closest gas station to my house, finally a gas station just down the street!! The store is ok but this place and all the other Arcos DONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS! They take cash or a debit card. Given most people, like me get points for using their credit card, it is highly inconvenient to not be able to use it!! That is just ridiculous.
