Morning crew is AMAZING! I work in the same parking lot and sometimes I'll pop in on my lunch break. (11:30-12:30) They are always so friendly and every interaction with them is a pleasure. Afternoon crew is RUDE though. I came in after work today (around 3:30) and both the cashiers were unprofessional. The guy was just sitting at the register so I smiled and said "hello" and brought my 2 items. He looks at me with a blank stare and asks "are you with them?" Gesturing to this woman with a bunch of children running around the entire place. They were grabbing stuff, not even ready to check out yet. I said no and backed up, I was annoyed but it wasn't a super big deal. Like 3 minutes go by and nothings happening. I checked my phone for no more than 30 seconds and now some girl behind the counter is like "HELLOOO?!" I look up and suddenly another register is open. I smile at the new cashier and say hello, she rolls her eyes and ignores me. After the transaction I said thank you and goodbye and this woman continued to act like my existence is bothering her. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary, even for a gas station. read more

If you haven't heard 7-Eleven just made stop at the corner of Deer Springs and Aliante and let me say if you didn't just made stop and particularly during the Grand Opening event you missed out- BIG TIME!!!! A lot of activities and contests happened and there were big winners winning 10 free Slurpees, Big Bites, and car washes. But there were even grander prizes like a flat screen tv, BBQ grills, and 7-11 gift cards. With that said, clearly 7-Eleven wants you to know that your friendly good neighbor is town! With ample parking around and gas pumps convenience is evident. Slurpee machines a flowin, clean restrooms, Big Bites and pizza galore! All the conveniences of a convenient store. Me and my friend had a solid 2 dollars between us and could only afford one bottle be he covered us on the second one and offered to give us the change back. This is my "Go to" 7 Eleven. Every staff member that I've met in this location has been friendly and helpful. If there isn't a line, they'll crack a joke or take a quick moment to chat with you. I've been to the one next to the Smith's parking lot, less then 0.5 miles down, and they all looked like they were in a bad mood. You won't get that in this location. read more

Whoever "stephanie" is , she's very rude all because THEIR machine took my money and wouldn't return to my card. From the jump she was cutting me off and just had an awful attitude. She told me she wasn't helping me anymore... all because I'm asking her for better understanding as to why it took my money but said the transaction was declined. Love this 711. I come every morning and the ladies that work here make me laugh everyday. Super friendly! It's always clean and when it gets crowded they are great at moving the line quickly. The guys that work in the day and evening are also very friendly and will greet you even if you aren't looking or paying attention to them. I frequently visit this location and it's awesome. The staff is friendly and even helpful when I accidentally spill my drink in the store ! There are plenty of gas pumps so that even when they are busy I never have to wait. Plethora of parking options too. I haven't had the opportunity to try the car wash yet but am very excited they have a working vacuum. This is my morning drink stop and my late night snack spot. Love it! read more

Great Store, Pony Tail Boy that works the night shift is great always has a smile on his face. Knows his regular customers what there names are and what they usually come in for. The Owner should take notice and have him train the shift before him as they spend most of the time talking on there phones and the coffee is never fresh so i avoid in coming in during there shift. I had a carwash today and paid the $10 one. I noticed that the triple foam didn't go all the way to the back of my car so I went inside the 711 and complained about it. The old lady behind the counter gave me a code and asked me to go thru the carwash again to see what I was saying. To have proof, I took a video of the process so that I can show it to her what I'm talking about. It did the same thing. When the wash was done, the old woman was already inside 711 and doing the register. So I let her finish what she was doing and tried to show her the video. She insisted and is arguing with me that my car is already shiny and that she saw that the foam went on. I told her to watch the video I took and see for herself. Instead of hearing me out, she went outside to take pictures of my car and told me that its already shiny and spotless and that she can't give me another code. I dont care about the $10 I paid, I just wanted to get what I paid for. Your carwash is not working well and my car wasn't spotless as you were saying. She even told me how I can see that it didn't go all the way to the back when my car is darkly tinted. What a stupid remark! How can I drive properly if I can't see thru my tinted windows? I just went away because I don't want to lose any more respect for this old lady. She shouldn't be working a customer service job because she definitely sucks at it. The employees here are awesome but I'm always disappointed by lack of coffee made and slurpee machines broken. The main reason I go to 7-11 is for coffee anytime of the day. This location rarely has anything made but regular and decaf and I usually take the last of regular. Why have 8 different flavors if you only refill 2? They are very nice and will brew a fresh pot but I don't have time to wait most days and I feel like an asshole asking. read more

This 7-11 is gouging people by charging people tax on food. I went in to buy a bag of ice and the clerk changed tax. I refused to pay the tax, gave her the pre-taxed amount and walked out with my ice. The Smith kitty-corner from this 7-11 does not charge tax on ice. I wonder if the 7-11 even reports the tax they charge? read more

While the first guy who greeted me is always pleasant (curly dark brown hair with a goatee beard) and does his job very well, this isn't the first time I've had crappy service at this 7-Eleven. The older overweight long haired blonde woman made a remark about how we needed to make a break in the line and turns to her coworker to say "dumb people don't read signs anymore so I'm sure I'll have to say it again". We looked around and saw no sign. Then when I finally get to the front of the USPS service line located inside the 7-Eleven, I ask Frank, the customer service mail guy, if I can ship it in the plastic bag it came in. He huffs at me "so priority mail"? I then ask what's the difference and he says its priority. I asked him again what the difference was and my boyfriend jumps in and asked how much it would be, Frank rolls his eyes releasing another huff and grabs my Iwatch box and sets it on the scale. He asked what the zip code was and he typed it in wrong and asks what it was again, the whole time breathing all heavy like we're inconveniencing his day, picks the box off the scale and drops it!!! He was so angry about his job that he dropped my iwatch box and goes oops I broke the scale. My boyfriend and this point got pissed off and grabs the box and says "we're out of here." Frank then changed his tone and says "no it's ok I can do it" for what? So he can drop it again? Don't go here for post office services! Learned my lesson. Just take the extra 5 min to drive to the actual usps. read more
