I would give this place a negative if I could. Do NOT pump your gas here. This place is horrible. The cashier and establishment is a thief! I paid $30 in cash to pump my gas, and I only pumped $24.20 and the cashier refused to give me back my change because apparently in her system it only shows "95 cents." Mind you this was the same cashier who took my cash when I prepaid, then refused to issue a refund for the difference. Her customer service sucks, and her side comments of "I'm not about to have my till short..." bullshit was not appreciated. I had to walk away without getting my change back because I had a flight to catch. I guess this shit show of a place needs it more than me. What a sad ass place. Don't say I didn't warn you! If I could negative (less than no start) I would. My complaint to one of your team managements at 209 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, Nevada. It was on Sunday 12/12/2021 at around 10am-10:30. I was treated poorly by the manager's name Marie Price. She was very rude and aggressive towards me as a customer. I came in to fill up my tank and get a coffee. As I was pulling in to station the vehicle in front of me was leaving. I thought as a courtesy I decided to move where the leaving vehicle was, so someone else can come behind me. All of a sudden there was a white vehicle coming in for that spot where I already park. I can tell, she was upset. So, I gave her a hand signal to go around me. I can clearly see she was irritated by her look and mumbling inside her vehicle. To avoid an issue, I decided to leave that spot and park on the side of the building. I planned to get a coffee first then go back and fill up my tank. As I was going inside, she was behind me and berating me that I don't know how to drive, that I should learn how to drive. So, under my breath I said shut up. She heard me and came to my face, and threw me out of the store. She was very aggressive; I did not resist to go out. She was still so mad holding the door so I cannot go in again. I just need to talk to her, but she has nothing to do with resolving the issue. As a manager, she could just go passed me when I went inside, instead, she instigated the issue by berating me. She shouldn't have to do it since I did not do anything to her, I already gave way to park away from the gas pump. She is very rude and aggressive towards me and I do not tolerate that behavior. I called the location and was able to talked to Shawn who is in charge of the said location, apparently Marie Price is over him, so I decided to ask if I can get the number of the franchise owner. He said he is not allowed to give it, so I am hoping you can give me the owners number or help me resolve the issue. I want Marie Price to know that her behavior is unacceptable and she should get a write up for a horrible customer service. I would like to have someone to contact me with this issue. I wrote a letter to the corporate and waiting for the reply. Marie should not be in a management position. Horrible and doesn't know what customer service is! read more

I prefer the other convenience stores at this intersection. Many of the products at ampm had no price stickers. I picked up a sandwich that did have a price on it, but they charged me 5 cents more than they should have even after accounting for sales tax. Strangely, the sandwich had an expiration date that indicated it would last a month, which makes me wonder what it was made of. Early morning about 730am went to get gas at this station and all the pumps read not functioning. Went to go pay inside and it was closed. Please label or a least have a giant sign that reads closed so no one wastes their time stopping by. Several cars stopped and left for the same reason. read more

Easy to pull in and out I came in to fill up last week There were three guys behind the counter standing around doing nothing and the attitude was that they were doing me a favor. One of them charged my card $75 bucks when I signed for $45.67. The receipt read $45.67 the bank charge was $75. On October 21st 2019 my cousin and I pump some gas here before we headed off to arches national parked just to be swindled by the cashier. My cousin who is not from the states gave 87 dollars to the cashier thinking 87 on the pump meant that's how much he needed to pay. He ended up pumping 45 dollars and so I asked go get change and the cashier gives him only 9 dollars in change. Our attempt to retreive the rest of the money was futile because the cashier lady when confronted immediately decided to go on lunch break and the manager insisted we wait 40.minutes until she gets back even though it would have been very quick ans simple to verify the supposed "mistake". Reading other reviews here I'm realizing this is a common scam they pull on their customers. Being on a scheduled road trip we decided to file an official complaint and not wait around for the thief to come back from lunch god knows when. Googled arco and am/pm corporate number and called to file a complaint. Talked to someone who took the complaint and was assured that the ownwr of the arco and the regional manager for the corporate office would reach out to me in 2-3 days. As of today I have not heard from either. Avoid this place like a plague. One more thing that was peculiar was when we walked in there, there was a customer yelling at who seemed to be the owner of the establishment. Now I know what the fight was about. Other reviews confirm this is a regular practice here. Am/pm and arco is apparently owned by british petroleum the same evil corporation with their laxed safety protocol spilled millions of oil in the gulf devastating the the local residents of beach communities in our southern states. How the corporate treats customers of their franchise and the enviornment is appauling. Time to boycott far as I'm concerned. read more

I stayed in the Platinum hotel right next to the station. With drinks costing as much as they do, I found it very convenient to go here and grab a few drinks and pregame before I went out (via Lyft & Uber) each night. Very very convenient. Be careful though, things look kind of sketchy. I mean it is a gas station and I WAS a woman walking alone at night. Again watch your surroundings. read more

Trust me, I am not a fan of Arco gas. If my group of friends didn't rent a car, i wouldnt have come here for the cheap gas. The price of gas was decent but not much of a deal considering the gas price you would expect in Vegas.
