I ordered the sandwich with curly fries and a drink thought it was a very satisfying meal. The brisket itself was tender and sweet...and generous considering it's a fast food restaurant. I'll keep an eye out for more Arby's in my travels to try other menu offerings. I originally wanted their Philly cheesesteak sandwich but they were out...not sure how that happens.

Great Customer Service!…read more Some months ago I had to update my Safeway app. Today when my groceries were more than expected, I discovered my correct email & current app are not linked to my phone number. The cashier sent me to customer service for help with the discounts. Jared in Customer service at the Roseburg OR Safeway refunded the amount I should have had discounted, almost $20. Then he tried to get my app sorted out & called their customer service on my behalf. I will not to until tomorrow, if my app is correct now Bug Shout out to Jared!

They used to carry produce items in the past 8 months that they don't anymore, too. It's hard to count on finding what you need for your meal prep. The store is clean, bright and I like the brands they carry for milk and eggs. The meat department has great service and can have excellent deals and quality but not on all items. The Just For You deals can be excellent, too. I will go back but I do go to more than one place now.

But this store is clean, has fun non-food items, cheesy slogans, great produce and real bargains! You need to learn the system. They have some foods on a regular basis but other items are added as they get them. You can't get other things-like big heavy garbage bags. And finding where bags are located was an aerobic adventure! They may not have what your looking for but what you find can become a new fav. But like Kim G said if Grocery Outlet in another town, Watch expiration dates! I never thought to check but found some can be close! But salads and some produce have been good. For some reason they have better russet potatoes and they had broccoli that tasted picked out of the field! Who knew?? It's getting increasingly tiring walking all the way down to this store only to be charged several different prices for the SAME exact items. Now when I say the words "SAME" & "EXACT," that's what I mean. I'm a very habitual buyer, & if I buy a cherry pie every day, I shouldn't be paying anywhere from $.99 - $1.29 for the same exact item. If I buy the same box of cat food I shouldn't be charged $2.99 one day, then $4.99 the next time, only to have it revert back to $2.99 or $3.99 the next time, & so on. Now half the time the issue is that they don't properly rotate stock, so when they scan in new items THOSE items will have an increased price, as the owner is always jackin'/changing them around, while the older ones will be left with the older price, except it never evens out and just keeps looping around. The other times, such as with items like the cat food or frozen foods, the items only ring up half the time, at which point the clerks just GUESS what they think/feel the price sould be, and it's RARELY favorable... For the most part I like the owner, but to be honest the guy continues to buy up stores/markets without getting the ones he has under control, & on top of that he hires speed users half the time to run the places while he's gone. NOT COOL. Either the store(s) improve, or I'm taking my complaints to other forums & more...

It is a holiday week, so I am sure they are as tired as the rest of us working people. This am they dropped the ball on Sausage Egg & Cheddar sandwich. It was not cooked all the way. In the past week I have also had one that was just warm. Today the center was still frozen. With a commute that is almost 2 hours, I did not have time to take it back once I realized it still frozen. ;(
