Well - not much to say in that it is a gas station with mini-mart! I like this place because it always seems to be on my way to somewhere - so for convenience it is top notch! PRO's: It's easy access from I-5 North entering Woodland ... right off the freeway (County Road 102)! Which means (drum roll!) - easy access to get back on it you have to continue north (or south to Sac)!! Gas is always cheaper than any other place along a major highway. For example, today 06/12/2015 I paid $2.99 ppg. Chase bank on the premises. Mini-mart facilities are clean and for the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. CON's: It's always busy - which means - you are driving in circles to find a place to park your car and pump your gas. Window washer squeegees are almost always broken! The suds are always good - if you can find a squeegee. Always busy - oh wait - I said that already! Older white guy , with long hair a bit on the bigger side who works in the front who checks people out is the rudest person I have ever met , he throws ur stuff when ur done checking out he talks to you DISGUSTING , and ruins my day every time I go in there , if he's not happy he shouldn't be working there something needs to be said to him. read more

Is ampm in a fight with Diet Coke or something?! The reason I ask is because the last few times I have gone to an ampm there has been something wrong with the Diet Coke in the fountain. Whether it's the syrup, the carbonation, or it's totally out. Seriously though!! And can I just say when you tell an ampm employee they act like it's no big deal. With that being said, I stopped in this ampm location on Saturday after flying in, and again, just like the ampm's in SoCal...NO DIET COKE! I just can't. Apparently the review I just left didn't take. The father is a miserable man. Has to charge for even getting a refill of ice. It used to be free for loyal customers. Then 47 cents. Now 1.09. A family member had their car broken into and their bag stolen, while it was parked right in front. It doesn't matter that they have cameras. It is very dark in the evening on the side of the store area. Unfortunately, homeless people go through the garbage bins out front. Avoid parking here, even if you only go inside for two minutes. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. After a hot day of dove hunting my brother and his son and I, we decided to stop by at the Arco am pm gas station. We both grab a rockstar each and they have 2 for 3$ special on the Gatorade (we both got the blue color). As we approach the casher, I told him (the cashier) that I will pay for all the drink that my brother and his son are holding, including my that is on the counter. He nod his head. After, I finished paying for the drink, as we start walking out, the cashier stop my brother that he need to pay for the drink that they are holding. I got mad and told him that I already paid for the drink. The stupid cashier, said he need to scan all the drink and if it's not on the counter it's not paid. He made it seems like we were gonna steal a Gatorade and a rockstar when I'm paying with my credit card. I was piss off but my brother didn't want to make a seen so he went ahead and paid for himself and grab another Gatorade for the special 2/3$. I will never go to this gas station again, even if I have to drive over the freeway and paid a little more at the chevron gas station. Worst Arco gas station ever. read more

Arco has the lowest gas price, that's why you may want to go there. Customer service is poor. But here is the reason why I would not go to this store again: people around the store and in the parking lot look like they are trying to pick fights. It feels like the ghetto gas station. read more

The two guys that were behind the registers were so busy playing on their phones they couldn't tear themselves away from it even long enough to even ask what I wanted. This is the best gas station on the east side of Woodland. The food is always made fresh, including the baked goods. I see reviews commenting on the bathrooms but I've never had an issue. Gas is always cheapest in area, even cheaper than Costco. The staff is so nice and the owner is always friendly and welcoming. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The man behind the counter on June 6, 2017 around 5:40 has no customer service experience and should not be allowed to work with customers. I was trying to purchase a bottle of ice tea along with other items. I had filled my own cups with ice. He tried to charge me $1.00 - $0.50 for each cup. I said that they were my cups and that I hadn't been charged the day before. In fact the previous day the young man who was training an new female employee told her that there was no charge for ice if I had my own cup. I told the man today. He said he didn't care that I was to pay for the ice. I tried to explain that I like ice with the ice tea. He said that it didn't matter. Well I told him I wasn't paying for the ice or any items I had wanted to purchase before he became an a$$ and asked him what he wanted me to do with the ice. Dump it out was his reply. I wanted to just dump it on his counter but I didn't want to drop to his level. Because of this one encounter I for one don't think I'll return to that store as long as they have people like him working behind the counter. read more

I'm never coming back here. There is no such thing as customer service. The cashier was too busy on his cell phone to listen to me. He got me the wrong products, charged me wrong, and tried to fix the mistake by doing the math in his head. Not only was he off by more than $5, he gave me attitude. I prefer the Arco off West st. And I5. It's three exits north of this crappy place. The employees there are nicer, they smile, they acknowledge you, and you don't have to check that they didn't cheat you out of a quarter when they give you back your change. read more

On June 25, 2016 around 0930 pm We stopped here for gas and for my son to use the restroom.. I went up get gas at 12 for 30 bucks... While waiting for my son my bf went up and said the pump is not pumping gas , so I ask the cashier ... He insisted that I said it was on no.2 and not 12.... That I need to pay once again coz it's my fault coz I said it was on pump 2... He also instigated that how come I never come up to him as early and like I'm having this modus operandi of stealing gas... OMG I told him my son is in the restroom , I'm a mom of 2 , just getting gas on 12 pump and giving me this false information that I'm stealing gas... In front of all the customer where his the one who made a mistake of pumping gas on the wrong pump.. Very very rude , and arrogant... When I asked about their managers number , he was like "I will give you 20 bucks take or leave it" and started to talk in his India language and laughing ... Of coarse I'm not taking that offer coz I paid for 30bucks... I hope that the owner or arco management will read this .... I almost called the police on him... Horrible service I got gas one night and the worker who is named Bishwo, couldn't give me my change, he didn't know anything about our monetary system and wasted several minutes just trying to do the simplest of tasks. All the change I was to get back was about $1.54 he made me feel like a criminal and when I raised my voice slightly I could see him already trying to reach for the alarm. Just last night I went their to get gas after my first experience I don't even stop if I see Bishwo working (worthless ass.......etc I'm still really mad about how he handled the situation) and I grabbed a water and told the guy put the rest on pump 5, I accidently gave him too much money and he refused to give my singles back even though he didn't push a single button much like the last time I spend several minutes trying to convince him that I just want my excess money back and that it's not impossible or illegal to give it back. I'm done with this shit gas station and their dumbass workers, I had to get a goddamned highschool diploma to even qualify for the crap jobs they have. Don't waste your time, go to the Chevron station by the across the street by Jack n the box, gas is a Lil more expensive but atleast the worker knows what he's doing. read more
