They stayed in touch at every decision point and at various milestones. They even provided an added value to my fence consisting of a crossbar at the bottom so the dogs can't dig, and at no extra cost. I was so happy they are multi-talented and able to handle these various projects under one umbrella--roof, fencing and shed removal. We learned after work began that windows, kitchen sink, and doorknobs, hardware (to name a few) were not included in our bid (addition/remodel). We were charged for flooring, sheetrock, paint, etc. for 2 demolished areas. These are just some of the problems we encountered.
