At first it looked like they did a decent job, removing the carpet and cleaning the room. But after closer inspection it wasn't cleaned as well as we were hoping. The base boards didn't look like they were wiped down. The walls were cleaned ok, but needs to be painted since there was still stuff on them. And while I can't remember if patching the holes in the walls were part of the clean up, it would have been nice to have them filled in. Overall they were there when we needed them, but disappointed in how clean the room was once they were done.

We had water damage from a broken pipe. They did a great job extracting water from under the wood…read morefloors and walls. We felt confident they would do as well with restoration. WRONG!! For 3 months they did nothing. Landon would come by with floor samples of poor quality. We found the wood flooring we had but they wouldn't use it. Our bathroom cabinets were reinstalled horribly uneven doors wouldn't close . It looked like Dr. Guess style The drywall had huge bumps and other major problems. We were afraid to cancel our contract and be sued. Once we hired a construction manager we thankfully had the contract terminated. We hired another company who fixed it to the original condition. It cost 4 times what we paid TDR. Eric was yelling at our construction manager and me. He was very rude aggressive and dismissive of my concerns. Don't hire them. It was a nightmare. They wanted to replace our door trim with cheap narrow wood. They were pushy trying to convince is to use cheap materials on our 700k house.
