We've had them clean our home twice now, and have been quite pleased with them. We find them honest, hard-working (!), intelligent, and friendly. They have surprised us with their initiative--taking on extra cleaning tasks we did not expect them to do from our previous experience with house cleaners. For instance, today they thoroughly cleaned our kitchen oven on their own initiative, without us asking for that (my previous house cleaners never did that). When we bought our house less than a year ago, the induction range had some burned-on residue we couldn't manage to remove ourselves. This business also removed virtually all of that without us asking them to do it. The owner is a professional in the commercial cleaning industry, with skills and certification to do many kinds of cleaning and disinfecting. The owner still works for a larger national cleaning company, but is building out a local business of his own in this region. We can recommend them highly. They deserve more clients here in Boone.

Second time was "meh" and I kept having to ask him to do things like take out the trash and he forgot an entire bathroom even though I reminded him. Then we were out of town and then had a terrible stomach bug run through everyone and I had to cancel a few times, but I communicated with him the whole time and the owner, Brandon, was always friendly, helpful, and prompt in replying. When we were finally all better, I went to schedule a cleaning through the app and I couldn't. I tried messaging him to let him know, but heard nothing... then called a few days later. Over a week I tried every way I could to get ahold of someone-2 different phone numbers, email, messenger, the scheduling app... nada. Now nothing for 2 weeks. So, this company has charged me $800 the last 2 months and only cleaned twice. And now won't respond. I kept waiting thinking maybe something bad happened or they had an emergency or something. Who knows. They have my credit card running on a monthly charge and I can't cancel it without getting ahold of someone. It is the most frustrating thing.
