I said I had a clean unused mask in my car and asked if she wanted one. She said 'I have masks here but I won't wear one.' Its hard to breathe with them on. I told her in that case I did not want to do business with her. Right now Coronavirus is resurgent in Ohio. I have asthma and was not willing to take the risk of being in a very small office for an extended time. I don't know how she does taxes, but I do know that at least in one way, she does not care for her customers.
