He does overtime and sends us money in the morning so he can go sleep after his double shift. Tanya has had the audacity to ask us on the 1st of the month and through the 10th of the month about what bills we have to pay. She gave us a pamphlet but nowhere in the pamphlet does it say she should ask what the money is for. I have to pay my rent and other bills and this woman had the nerve to stall us and even laugh when we were telling her that she was discriminating us for. My dad has been married to my mom for over 42 years and has consistently sent my mom money to help her pay the bills because my mom and I take care of our bipolar and autistic brother, her son who has special needs. She cant work, is about to retire and my dad helps her pay the bills. I said I had the proof of my bills on my phone and she asked to see them. Like, in what world does a transaction of westetn union require so much. And then she, in an authoritative way, said all amscots would do the same. I had to go to another spot and they said that what we went through is odd because western union does the heavy lifting of questions to the sender. No questions were asked about what the money was for at the other establishment. and Tanya claims she was asked why we were receiving high amounts of money in the 1st of the month but the lady who helped me in another western union place DID not. While we were dealing with Tanya, a girl named Lulu, I think came to give cheap excuses and were trying to stall us, for what, i dont know. My mom has been receiving western union from my dad for years. And its always for bills and groceries. Everything we went through with Tanya, I recorded and im appalled by her cynicism and blatant lies. We are a Latino family who has lived in altamonte springs for over 20 years. I dont know what her deal was but she lied through her teeth. And she needs to not judge, because we have an autistic and bipolar man to take care of and our life isnt easy.

Counter E Checks were cashed against my account for $1,100, $900, $600 and a $220.00 and ATM transaction all in one day within 10 minutes on April 12, 2023 and. I reported this to the fraud department and they keep telling me 3 to 5 business days to review and investigate this claim. The claims department told me exactly which branch these transactions were made from. So I went up to this branch in Apopka, Fl. 2111 E. Semoran Blvd and spoke to the Branch Manager Officer Paul Hussein NMLS ID: 1224396 and he told me that these transactions were not done at his branch, he is a liar. Like I said the fraud department told me exactly where everything was done. It is now May 5, 2023 and I still have not received my money back into my account as of yet. Every time I call they keep saying it will be 3 to 5 business days. This was definitely and inside job. There are more claims to this incident the ATM for $220.00 and a Chevron purchase of $33.65. The Chevron purchase was returned to my account. They had a Debit card sent to my house by UPS and 2 minutes later a guy pulls up to my house and take the envelope all on my ring camera, and they headed straight to 2111 E. So it looks like Tanya and Jason linked up to bully my family and I, and deny us service. Never have I been asked to prove with documentation what the money im picking up, is for. At another establishment that does western union, the lady explained that the heavy lifting is done at western union to the SENDER, not the person who is receiving money. They ask the senders the questions and they pay a fee to send money when all is clear. A pamphlet I got from Tanya at the 436 location says that amscot requires your license and tracking info for receiving money, nothing else. Now, of course, I was appalled and Jason, being fake and holding a grudge from my previous Google review, claims that I should not go to several amscot locations because it looks suspicious to amscot. When, the reality is, in my household, we take care of a person who is legally disabled and have to often go to different areas or cities nearby for appointments. And Jason, forgot how he actually used to deny service and claim he couldn't pull up my western union information and that I had to try a different location. Now, hes pretending to help me and saying that I should just stick to his location so I don't encounter any of those issues. Well, sorry, pal. You tried to fool the wrong person, because both you and your female coworker are lying and so is Tanya from the 436 amscot location in altamonte springs. I don't know why they want me to go to just a certain location, but that is a way of denying my rights and trying to use fear tactics. Claiming that amscot is a financial institution that gets skeptical over certain transactions and that they want to be clear. Now he wants me To just go to his location. And my mom has the right, and I, to go to any location that suits us at the moment. Trying to control women like that when we have to pay bills and utilities and we take care of a legally disabled person, is pretty awful, nefarious and unprofessional. And I also wonder: is he is doing this, and his fellow coworkers, because we are women and a Latino family? I mean, the levels of manipulation and gaslighting and lies and discrimination are mind boggling. And Jason is a Latino man himself. Which denotes he has no empathy for anyone.
