Come to today (about 5 days or so since my last visit to the store) I call them for the 5th or 6th time and someone actually picks up the phone (which has only happened once this month) and they told me they still have not received my permission to get my Xbox sent out- they said they've called me (which they have not) and supposedly it is now getting sent out. It's genuinely shocking how this business is handling repairs and customer service. Please god just return my Xbox to me fixed. I've received 3 different dates that it "should" be fixed by and all but one have passed. PLEASE just call or email your customers- keep communication open and don't make empty promises! On this particular day I was assisted by one of the employees, Felix, who helped replace a temperamental battery in my garage door opener. To make matters worse, they contaminated all our belongings (we have residual mold issues now at our new place since we brought some of the mold with us) because they refused to adhere to proper remediation practices.) The lady who helped us set up our account was friendly and honest. She answered all our questions, and was also super sweet to my daughter. The price was great. The size of the locker was very good, especially how tall they are. Lots of room for stacking. The climate control is great. Very comfortable, and keeps things like candles from melting and other items from getting destroyed in the heat. The long hours of gate access are also helpful, as are the office being open until 6:00. Next time i need a storage locker, im going back to cubesmart again.
