This was a money order given to me by my roommate for rent! Rent is due at the latest on the third ! The rent money will not be available until the 5th of the month! My advise, be careful when putting any guaranteed money orders deposits and Cashiers checks deposits into this bank especially if you have to pay rent on time because they will make sure you will be evicted because your rent was not paid on time!

I've NEVER been treated worse by a banking institution or a "manager" Jason "who's NOT the manager" I was refused any help in starting a wire on a Saturday after the "green line" told me to go into my branch and they could start that process for me on a weekend. NOT MY IDEA. I understood that the wire would not go through until Monday but I was not offered ANYTHING towards helping in my business issue that day. Then I was told by that "manager" I could NOT withdraw MY MONEY. From MY bank. Unbelievable. I went into the branch to speak to the real manager and after speaking with him we worked out the issues.
