They wouldn't even give an estimate said for me to decide where I wanted it fixed and go there not to waste his time and mine. I said I know I won't be getting it fixed here he said OK. There wasn't even anyone else there. Waste of my time yes. His time I thought he was getting paid to work...... That's his job. Hopefully this review will help others not waste their time and eventually if they keep up that attitude they won't have a job to waste their time helping a potential customer. They answered all questions I had, while giving updates on my cars status frequently throughout the entire process. For the amount of repairs needed, repair time was a week ahead of the expected completion date. Needless to say I'm impressed, as it only took 2-1/2 weeks. The paint matches perfectly to rest of the car. Upon pickup, I was greeted to see a freshly washed job well done. They even cleaned my floor mats!! I am very pleased with the entire process and after driving around town, everything is as it was before the dreaded deer, dare I say even better.
