They do not communicate with each other, or their customers, and their staff took out frustration from other customers onto us (and admitted that to us). Our salesperson was late to a meeting that I had set up two days prior, within business hours. And then he repeatedly blew me off for weeks about services we were promised after purchasing the vehicle. I was treated like my business didn't matter, and that they were fine without my money. And so that's how I will treat this business - I plan to never purchase another car from here ever again. Buying a car is a difficult process no matter where you go, but this place was gave me the worst experience Ive ever had.
