If I could give a 0 star I would. Had my SUV in there to be repaired after someone rear ended me. It took them over 2 months to fit me into their schedule; we picked it up after they said 3 days and it took over a week. No one went over the repairs with us; too busy sitting on their butts behind the counter to walk out with us. Then we got home and found 2 spots that needed fixed. Got it back into the shop, and it took another 3 days to fix two tiny spots. Still haven't received an invoice after well over a month of being repaired. Will never use them again. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. Erie said this is one of their approved places to go. I went for an estimate and to meet them to see what I thought of them as I have used another place locally that is not approved as Erie. They wouldn't even give an estimate said for me to decide where I wanted it fixed and go there not to waste his time and mine. I said I know I won't be getting it fixed here he said OK. There wasn't even anyone else there. Waste of my time yes. His time I thought he was getting paid to work...... That's his job. Hopefully this review will help others not waste their time and eventually if they keep up that attitude they won't have a job to waste their time helping a potential customer. I have had my truck in twice in the past year and have been very happy with the outcome. I smash my truck up frequently because I am a bad driver so it's nice to have these guys help me out The second time it was in the work ended up taking a bit longer than expected so they paid for my rental car! Had my 1990 VW Golf sent here to have rust removed prior to replacing my windshield. When I went to pick up my car from Safelite Glass Repair down the road, I noticed etch primer protruding from the molding around the windshield. I took the car back to the body shop and they removed the primer with solvent. I also pointed out to them that the molding on the bottom of the windshield inside the car had etch primer on it as well. Upon closer examination, I saw that the molding must have been damaged during the process of sanding down the rust. The sanding disk had eaten into it. I was told there was nothing they could do. Unbelievable!!! Of course this could have been prevented by removal of the molding prior to sanding. I realize to fix this the windshield would need to be removed for replacement of the interior molding. Since the car is so old, finding a replacement part would be difficult. Therefore the glass shop is also to blame because they must have noted the damage but went ahead anyways with installing the windshield. In addition the interior of my car was soiled with small ground particles. Probably came from the molding. No attempt had been made to protect the interior. All in all Cline's appears to be a very unprofessional shop. I advise anybody that looks for quality workmanship to go elsewhere. Beware!!! read more
