Jessica and her staff did an awesome job taking care of us. They were super friendly and very accommodating. And, the food was great! I saw a lot of empty plates, including mine! Our group comes from Albany NY so it is an hour drive for most but its definitely worth the easy ride on I90. All of the swings are attached to real gym equipment stands. There is a zip line, a slide, numerous types of swings, a dress-up room, play kitchen, and a pretty large trampoline. Seen this place many many times on my way up Broadway hill - It's not much to look at but I had…read morealways wanted to check it out. I had needed to find a few things for our annual New Years Eve party and was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I wanted plus a few things I didn't expect to... You know how much of a challenge it is to keep things warm yet not keep cooking them? I was able to find the smaller perfect size chafing dishes (w/lids) to fit on my electric griddle (used as a warming tray) and not only that, but they actually had little screen racks that fit in the bottom of the chafing pans to keep my fried appetizers crispy not sitting in grease. I also purchased a larger screen rack to use for cooling cookies and making roasts and meatballs / meatloaf (it wont fall thru) it is a bit larger than my biggest cookie sheet. But I noticed bigger ones there that will fit perfectly in my oven without trying to fit 2 on one shelf. I found those little silver gravy boats they use in restaurants to put my sauces in. I was also able to find those little plastic condiment cups with the lids for people to put dipping sauces in - I have found a multitude of uses for those puppies! Perfect to use and then toss. As well as 3 small pairs of tongs for use with my appetizer set-up - everything looked very professional. While I was in there I did a lot of drooling - (love to cook) - the knives - the utensils - giant stock pots to cook for an army - lots of stuff I was not even sure what it was. At one point I even contemplated a new commercial style fryer to replace my old gummed up one, but I don't know if that would be the healthiest decision Ive made to date! I would love to be able to make the perfect pizza n wings at home - I had tried a pizza stone once but with no peel I could never slide it off the right way - they have them there! Too bad I already tossed the stone. Imagine the money we could save... maybe a pizza oven in the basement? I was more inspired than impressed because when I left I was imagining all these things incorporated into my kitchen and I was feeling like a culinary genius! The store could use some updating as far as the atmosphere and some cleaning and organizing - maybe it just needs a woman's touch! But I am not eating there... so I was glad for the findings and I will be back!
