My husband had questions about the paperwork we were signing (as anyone would), and in response, a woman named Michelle looked at us with a demeanor of disgust and said, "I don't know what you want me to say. You sign the papers". She was short tempered and outright rude. Well, THANK GOD my husband didn't sign the papers, because they had some of our information wrong and were going to send us a check vs. direct deposit, which my husband had requested with Margaret. Additionally, they failed to mention to us that we could file for FREE with H&R block through the military online. Glad we backed out and never signed those papers! Patti and i'm convinced i would've been put in jail for tax fraud without her. she was more than helpful and SO polite, everyone in that office was. i believe her name was michelle? she was helping at the front desk today (3/17) and she was amazing too!!! i had forgotten to confirm my appointment and her as well as ms patti were SO kind about it. ms. patti had me and my million W-2s as well as my husbands done within like 30 minutes. she explained everything to me (even in simple terms too, like could she get any better?!) and she answered any question i had with zero judgement and so much kindness. this office of people could put chic-fil-a's politeness to SHAME. i hope everyone in that office has the best possible year.

Bouchier of MAB Accounting in Pinehurst…read more For over 4 months he has igorned my questions/concerns, has not followed up with the IRS regarding my tax return, he has not provided me a copy of the return, nor has he cashed the check I gave him 4 months ago in good faith. I have emailed, phoned and visited in person. He ignored the first two, and the personal visit he said, "It takes time. You should hear something the end of the month." That would have been July or August (it's been so long, I've forgotten). Here is is NOVEMBER, and I still have no answers. I don't even know if he really DID file a return.....he won't say, and has offered no proof. ADDENDUM: I phoned the IRS - they have no record of a filed tax return and further stated it only takes 3 weeks to post filings....not the "long time" Mr. Bouchier indicated. What a disappointing experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
