They had a **DEF pump**which is so easy to refill your def tank then the jug. It was a little over 15 dollars, they hold your ID and credit card at the register. The guy was so nice and moved the big rig out of the space because it was only at one pump. Bathrooms were clean and the guy was so nice. Huge smile and so helpful! Thank you!!

Manager did not seem to concerned with this problem in the thoroughfare where people drive to refuel. I suggested they put a cone so a car will not damage their wheels or tires or another person to potentially fall. Basically, it was conveniently located just off the highway as a place to sleep for a few hours before starting on the road again in the morning. The basic summary of the place was that it's outdated with low security but relatively clean. The biggest negative was the train horn every 30 minutes by nearby tracks. Free Wi-Fi was spotty and the beds were average.

I must say I was wary and had no clue what to expect. I paid for my shower ($13) and was assigned a shower number and given an access code. My first impression once I opened the door to my private shower, sink and toilet was of relief! It was super clean and smelled great! I had my own bag of grooming supplies, towels and such however, they do provide towels and body wash pump in the shower. I was able to take a refreshing shower, wash my hair, blow dry my hair and do my makeup before leaving. It was refreshing and made me feel better for the remainder of my road trip. I would stop by again if ever passing through for travel.

When we pulled up we were a bit nervous it wouldn't be as good as we thought but walking in our minds were immediately changed. There's plenty of pumps and was not wait. They are wheelchair accessible as well. There's also a small dog park (no shade for it though). The bathrooms are large and clean. There's no mirrors in the women's but there are paper towels in addition to air dryers (yay!) They had a lot of the usual food/snack collection and quite a bit of gift/travel/arizona items. We did pay about $8 for two 7lb bags of ice which seemed a but high but we are in the desert so it made sense. Overall an unexpected pleasant experience!

Last week, I called from outside Gallup to see if my RV could be serviced emergently. I had broken…read moredown outside of Albuquerque and a mobile mechanic replaced a defective sensor. But after two hours, the error reappeared. A.J. discussed the issue with me and described in detail the various possibilities for me to consider (continue driving albeit somewhat disabled, vs. stop for repairs), as he was not able to examine my RV until the following day. If I stopped, I was unlikely to get to my destination in time. My issue was caused by borderline pressure in the engine intake (in fact, the error light went off as we were speaking). Because of the information he provided, I decided to take my chances. Since I now knew exactly what was wrong, I tightened the existing (marginal) repair each time the error reappeared to keep the pressure above the threshold. I actually made it to San Diego just in time. A.J. knew I was not going to use his service if I could avoid it, yet he freely gave me much needed advice. I'm putting this place down in my book if I ever need service near Gallup in the future.
