Nobody should have to visit a funeral home more than once in a great long while, but my family's gotten to know the owners of Amundson a little too well over these past few years. What I can offer is, in all situations, the staff was friendly, gracious, calming and arranged everything with aplomb. Amundson's assistance in coordinating religious services from a distance, local and out-of-town obituaries, arranging military salutes, coordinating music and ensuring hospitality after a long drive to the North made the funeral process less overwhelming. We have used this place in the past for funerals, but never again. We wanted to meet with the owners but they gave us a new guy who didn't know anything. Almost every aspect of the funeral was screwed up, the programs were printed wrong. Mother did not look herself. Very upset! read more
