We had to use this place as a last resort in the summer before school started. their rate is higher than any facility in town at about $600 every 2 weeks for a 3-5yr old They have 0 structure to their rooms, no lesson plans at all. you walk into the classroom and their workers are on their phones while the kids run rampant! half of the center staff barely speaks English, and they can barely control the kids! if your kid has a temper tantrum, acts out in the slightest, cries to hard- be prepared to get a call from the office to pick your kid up!!! they sent my child home numerous times causing hardship at work due to the silliest things some of which their workers should be corrected on including neglecting to see a child doing things for an extended period of time and then sending them home because they failed to catch the mistake!! if you choose to go here be prepared to see different kids rolling through every week.. I am sure the other parents ran for the hills from this facility with good reason!!

You pay money to use their gym so you expect some level of professionalism but such is not the case. I seriously recommend passing on this dive. So I called and he apologized and said it was not put in his book and he had his daughter's graduation party and I understand and said no problem and he rescheduled for this week. Well...... again no show and no call. I tried calling and all I got was a voicemail that has not been set up. I am so frustrated I had to rearrange my work twice and my kids and dogs so they were not in the way and then don't bother to show. I was talking to my friend last night and she said the same thing happened to her with Merle's. She never heard from them.

Well it was 4 PM on Friday 11/01 so I called the owner and he apologized saying the guy he was going to send over had a dr apt and forgot about my duct cleaning. The owner said how about I come take care of it on Monday 11/04 at 9:30 AM. At 2 PM, I decided to give them a call and a lady named Andrea I believe answered. She said that he was in an accident on interstate that morning and she'd have to call me back after she figured out what's going on. It was unfortunate but I understood to a point. Well now it's Friday 11/08 and I have yet to hear anything from them. I wanted to support a small business but decided to book a service with Steamatic who scheduled the cleaning in a timely manner and actually was only $25 more than what Merle's was going to charge me. Things happen but this was very unprofessional as I had taken work off 2 separate times and brought my 2 dogs to doggie daycare so that they wouldn't be in the way during the cleaning.
