James was kind and patient and let me take multiple photos (I don't photograph well) until finally we had one with my eyes open that didn't look like I was heading out for a crime spree afterwards. The whole team at the San Ramon office was great! Every customer who arrived was greeted and checked in right away. Two other staff helped me besides James (sorry I didn't catch their names) - everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and fast. I'll definitely come back to this branch if I ever need anything that can't be done online. Oh and the photos were printed immediately and were good quality. James put them in a protective envelope and helped me download the digital copies. I was dreading this task but everything went so smoothly - I'm very happy with how it all turned out!
