i wish we could give at least a 1000 stars, but consider Yelp's 5 stars greater than a 1000 in my experience. Our escrow agent told us we had two options to sign our final documents: 1) travel 90 miles with a trip close to 2 hrs at their office only; or 2) sign the documents via mobile notary of their choice at our own expense.
