Everything went good and I told my husband, how pleased I was, and also I referred her to a friend, who liked her as well. I've got all the help, attention, and guidance I needed in my few appointments. Got some issues, which were fixed by referring to a specialist and prescriptions mostly of vitamins. Lately, I did not have big problems with my health, and having a busy traveling schedule as an excuse, went inactive with my ' hospital duties'. I knew, of course, one day I'll need to make a routine appointment. So I did and found out, that Dr. Gidday is going to be retired at the end of this year. Maybe it is too late, but I still want to send her good wishes, to say thank you, and that my experience was over and above anything that I've experienced from a doctor. One visit the assistant came in to tell her that my time was up. (15 minutes). Another time I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes to then be told they were running late. I was offered to stay or reschedule. I stayed only to be told 45 minutes later that they were going to have to reschedule because now it was their lunch time. They have given me a hard time to write doctors excuses for my medical condition because they didn't feel comfortable writing it down on a permanent document. I could go on. This group is incompetent with no compassion or worries for patient satisfaction. If you are looking for an MD to keep you healthy and sane, this is NOT the place. Take them off your list and continue searching.

Dr. Strohl was at the hospital the day of my cerebral hemorrhage. She spoke to the neurosurgeon when things didn't look good, and he chose to operate even when others said I was 'too far gone.' I am convinced that if it weren't for her, I wouldn't be here. She is passionate about her patients. She advocates for them. That's what you need in a doctor today. God definitely broke the mold when He made her.

In ANY location. 1. You can NOT call the physician's office directly, but have to go through a centralized switchboard. 2. There is NO WAY to get thru to your physician with a question or concern. 3. The front desk employees are curt, rude and dismissive. 4. They insist you come into the office before they will call in a prescription refill (on a med I've been taking for years). So they can charge you for it 5. They limit their physicians to a MAX of 15 minutes with a patient. AVOID ANY New West Physicians practice and find a Dr. @ Common Spirit or Adventist.
