Gracey was my fabulous stylist- she was lovely to chat with, was fast (I was in and out in 30 minutes) and made me look like I hadn't been on the water slides with my kids all week. They were pretty busy on this particular Friday morning, but it was also season in Naples so I guess to be expected. The blowout lasted several days until my kids dragged me on some more water slides in South Florida. I love a good blowout salon and would definitely try this one again when in the area.

BEWARE!!! WARNING!!! I'm new in the area and have always gone to a salon that uses Goldwell color…read more I went to Goldwell.com to look for a salon and found Biosphere. I checked out his website and it looked professional etc., so I made an appointment. I entered the address into my GPS and it brought me to a building that didn't have a hair salon sign so I called and asked for directions. Low and behold, I was at the right location (first warning sign). Willy was very nice (very heavy accent, difficult to understand) and he spent a lot of time with me. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and no one came on or called the salon during that time (2nd warning sign). I came to his salon with my exact Goldwell formula in hand for him to use exactly. He totally ignored my formula and colored my hair the way that he wanted it colored. I'm a blonde and I left as a brunette. My hair cut was nice but what he did to my color was ridiculous. I called him the next day and told him that it wasn't what I was expecting and could I please come back in and have him correct it. I had to leave a message and he didn't call me back. I called him again the following day and he literally came unglue and went into a tirade....welling, talking over me and refused to let me get one word in. He was yelling so loudly that I heard him leave his salon and walk outside so his 1 customer wouldnt hear him. Finally I had had enough and hung the phone up on him....he proceeded to call me back 4 times in a row (I wouldn't pick up) and leave rambling messages about forcing me to sign a release etc. This guy is CRAZY!! I actually was fearful that I had given him my address....thank god I hadn't. Do yourself a favor and find another salon in Naples, as there are many. I had to find another salon and had to pay $180 to get the mess that he created correected. Definitely not worth the risk.
