Why not having the decency/courtesy to call me directly to let me know? Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. And as we all know, the buck stops with the boss. Disappointing, to say the least.

"I've already detailed the problem. Yeah I get your doing the PR spin of a company that wants to "do better". Just about a week ago I was feeling miserable at work. Knew I was coming down with a respiratory virus again. No other symptoms. I work in the a pediatrics department and already knew the kiddos walking in with pneumonia, Nora virus, flu A and B, strep and many others. Just another bug. Made an urgent care appointment and NP, Nathan Randall was the sweetest. I told him during Christmas I got hit with another viral infection and went to another Carbon location which was not friendly to me. Didn't swab me or look in my mouth or nose and just prescribed me meds. Mr. Nathan did all the right things to figure out what's causing me all this discomfort. Said my throat was filled with cobblestones. Nasal drip got my throat inflamed and recommended me to take a cough suppressant, nasal spray and lozenges plus antihistamine. He listened to me and gave me relief. In 7 days was a very important event my daughter has so it was crucial I get better. I thank him so much.

Sadly, they were out of stock of the TB tests and set up an appointment for me with the Santa Clara location. First off, the parking at this Santa Clara Carbon Health was absolutely atrocious. There were blockades everywhere and very limited parking, so it was like trying to find parking at a big name concert or at the Tesla Fremont factory. Then, there were firefighters and paramedics at the front of the Carbon Health urgent care center. Despite no EMS workers entering the building, this event prompted the receptionist to leave towards the back to find out who it was and be looking out the window. Then when it was my turn and I explained I had an appointment and a service order for a TB test and drug screening that was transferred here from Market Park and showed the ePassport, the receptionist wanted to charge me $140! Even though the company had made the service order and paid for it already! I explained again in case she had missed what I said. She requested I email her the ePassport so she could print it. The instructions did not mention printing anything. And, I've never had this issue that a company needed it printed before even doing a drug test 6 years ago when technology was different. Then apparently, it needs to be in PDF format so I emailed it again, but the receptionist had up and left to figure out who was going to the hospital... if any EMS responders were present and asking her. It was a chaotic and unprofessional environment. I walked out and made an appointment with a different location from either of these previously mentioned. It's a good thing San Jose has options and is not too small of a town!

First thing out of her mouth was I won't prescribe that medicine you need to go to a psychiatrist. I didn't get the medicine from a psychiatrist to begin with I got it from my primary doctor. Then the next day I get a phone call and she has told her receptionist to tell me that I needed to go to the nearest county clinic!! That she still would not prescribe the medicine and I asked what am I supposed to do. I can't just get a doctor's appointment you know in a day or two it just doesn't work like that. I'm on disability social security so of course my insurance is through the state. She didn't care she didn't have two words to say to me! Please please please whatever you do do not go to this doctor she caters to a very few and it seems to me that she is interested in only making money off of patients that she can make money off of. I can't say enough bad about her!!

UPDATE: Late update: my EDD judgement was overturned by a judge and it was determined her…read moreexamination was COMPLETELY wrong. It normally takes a few weeks for a judge to make his determination - I got a letter TWO DAYS LATER, which should tell you how sure he was about my case. I was able to stay on disability and the judge also ordered EDD to backpay me for all the months I was not paid. Like I said - she is a terrible doctor. I encourage everyone who experiences any egregious circumstances like this to file a complaint with the Medical Board. They do need very solid, irrefutable evidence.
