Here is time to give back by leaving my review :) We have been seeing him for about 2 years. And he indeed lived up to 5 stars, and even far beyond 5 starts if we have more stars to give! As people have been saying here, he is compassionate and competent at the same time. In a typical visit, by asking curious and caring questions without rushing, he got all aspects of my concerns, and he listened so well and cared so much that sometimes I forgot I was in a doctor's appointment, but feeling more like catching up with an uncle that I have missed for a while. Every time for any issue that we want to learn more, he could cite trustworthy resources readily and we trust that he gave well informed advices. There was a time my husband doesn't feel well in his chest, and concerned about potential heart issue. It was in the evening, like 9 or 10 pm, after ordinary office hour, and he didn't feel too bad to go to ER to check it, but concerning enough for us to consider if he should go to ER. We messaged Dr. Fell on the one medical app, and he called us a few minutes later!!! After asking some questions, he said with comforting tone that it's fine, probably muscle tensions, and my husband doesn't need to go to ER that night. Such a relief! And he saved us a thousand dollar bill. And my husband is indeed fine. We are so grateful and impressed about his confidence and that he cares so much and is willing to go far and beyond to help! We also both received his hypnotherapy, which has been deeply healing and I still draw resources from those sessions after two years. His compassion is so genuine that created a safe space for deep healing. Since Covid started, we left CA. When we have any medical questions, we still consult Dr.Fell with virtual visits. We are not willing to let go of him no matter where we go! And we will unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor that could provide excellent medical advice plus family like kindness and care.

The result, seemingly endless phone calls. There no numbers which can be called, and Sutters many listed phone numbers are not answered by humans, its all phone trees. What a pity to have to write this, but after weeks of sometimes hourly calls I had to turn off the volume on my phone!! So viewers know how I responded to the "response" from sutter. "I've already detailed the problem. Yeah I get your doing the PR spin of a company that wants to "do better". Honestly I have had enough and your outsourced company is horrible and should be sued for invasion of privacy and mental torture. Just STOP IT!!"

They have even hung up on me when I was trying to resolve an issue. I would also not recommend putting any cards on file. I have not been to them for about a year, and somehow they scheduled a random appointment for me and charged me a no-show fee, even though I was never aware of the appointment. When I asked for a refund, they refused to help me. Trying to get a hold of the manager is impossible. I keep getting told I will receive a call back, but I never do. I don't understand why they won't issue a refund for a mistake they made. They have been giving me the runaround for a whole month, and the issue is still not resolved.

Just about a week ago I was feeling miserable at work. Knew I was coming down with a respiratory virus again. No other symptoms. I work in the a pediatrics department and already knew the kiddos walking in with pneumonia, Nora virus, flu A and B, strep and many others. Just another bug. Made an urgent care appointment and NP, Nathan Randall was the sweetest. I told him during Christmas I got hit with another viral infection and went to another Carbon location which was not friendly to me. Didn't swab me or look in my mouth or nose and just prescribed me meds. Mr. Nathan did all the right things to figure out what's causing me all this discomfort. Said my throat was filled with cobblestones. Nasal drip got my throat inflamed and recommended me to take a cough suppressant, nasal spray and lozenges plus antihistamine. He listened to me and gave me relief. In 7 days was a very important event my daughter has so it was crucial I get better. I thank him so much.

UPDATE: Late update: my EDD judgement was overturned by a judge and it was determined her…read moreexamination was COMPLETELY wrong. It normally takes a few weeks for a judge to make his determination - I got a letter TWO DAYS LATER, which should tell you how sure he was about my case. I was able to stay on disability and the judge also ordered EDD to backpay me for all the months I was not paid. Like I said - she is a terrible doctor. I encourage everyone who experiences any egregious circumstances like this to file a complaint with the Medical Board. They do need very solid, irrefutable evidence. Feel free to message me here and I will respond when I can with guidance.
