The staff was vary transparent and kept us updated along the way. Their customer portal was very easy to use and navigate through when uploading and signing documents, as well as seeing exactly when documents were reviewed and accepted. We called the office several times with questions and they were always cheerful and helpful. We were never put on hold, and they always returned calls quickly.
