Wow! Bette's Flowers, literally and figuratively, defines "going the extra mile." Long story short, the folks at Bette's pulled off a heist for me that would make Danny Ocean blush. I ordered flowers from them on Tuesday, but it created all sorts of issues--none of which was their fault, just a bizarre circumstance. At any rate, I called them on Wednesday, and they drove out, picked up the flowers where they were originally delivered, and brought them to a new location across town, no charge, no questions asked. NOT the case with Bette's Flowers! Our daughter is being initiated into a sorority today.
