We had called in…read moreadvance to make sure they had what we needed and to make sure they would be able to run our gift cards. Upon arrival, they let us know that to process our gift cards and purchase, they would have to call the Mall of America Pandora store. The sales lady tried the store once, and then when they didn't pick up, she let us know that there was nothing she could do and that we would have to walk away without the earrings we had driven 40 minutes for. throughout the entire experience she was very rude and never once apologized for the inconvenience, we had to ask her nicely to try the store a few more times before she was able to get through and get the purchase done. We walked away not only with our earrings but with a bad impression of the store. We will not be shopping here again.

I asked to try on a bracelet, and midway through trying to help me put it on, she suddenly stopped and said "oh, the bracelet should fit you" and just completely stopped helping me put it on. It was so awkward. I was left to try to clasp the bracelet together awkwardly, but managed to put it on. The other young lady with her didn't say much to me, but was much friendlier and was keeping my little ones busy. Too bad I had to deal with the old crabby one that made me feel like I was a bother to her and treated me like I wasn't good enough to buy a pandora bracelet. She was not very nice. Taking my business elsewhere for pandora products.

There was mold throughout, stems with no flowers and flowers that appeared to have been frozen. The store clerk shared with the owner with hopes of a refund. Owner insisted on sending a new bouquet. These to arrived with mold and frozen flowers. I shared pictures again with the store clerk who advised I speak directly to the owner. I called left a message requesting to be contacted. I later received a text from store owner. She kept telling me there were no frozen flowers and I needed to trim stems and place in water. The conversation was not very pleasant with her belittling me. She tried to accuse me of leaving them on my doorstep but courier handed them to me. When I tried to explain the frozen flowers, she told me to look at the flowers and not the green stems/leaves. Disregarding my explanation. When I requested a refund she repl " We are unable to do that. The flowers need a chance to be in water to bloom. " As the owner of a business you would think they would want to know of any product concerns. We have ordered in the past and had good success with fruit and candy. The customer service received by the owner this time around was terrible. We will not be ordering from them again. Nor will any of our family and friends. This experience ruined it for us. Even when a compliment was given for the candies and fruit received that we didn't have issues with, owner never replied.

Oof... I get that…read morethey are trying to make sure to see whether a delivery has been made to take a picture but the delivery guy did not even tell me wife that he is going to be taking a picture and just took one of her holding the delivery and bolted before she can even say anything. I get that it is the holiday rush but at the very least train your delivery folks appropriately to ask permission, when I called the store, they asked for forgiveness :( And it is always easy to ask for forgiveness than permission, but from a reputed company. That is sad. On the arrangement itself, it was meh! It could absolutely be because my taste buds were soured because of the entire picture fiasco. I contacted corporate and just asked them to remove the pic and please ensure training to ensure that this does not happen to anyone. Edit - so the franchise owner Candace called to illustrate the policy of taking pics, and I kept reiterating that it was nothing against the policy of taking pics but how you execute that matters and this was done in poor taste. She clearly was not onboard with this and insisted that this is company policy to which I shared with her that I already contacted corporate to make sure that they get that I am not against the policy but just how the local store executes it, and only thing, I am requesting is to ask for consent.

I give huge props to Martha in the Framing area. She has given me so much advice on how to frame signed jerseys and how to make them look better. I highly recommend if you are doing any framing work to see her as she really treats your work like it's going on her own wall and will be very OCD with your final product.

Christmas items were all 40% off. The prices on the other items in the store were all various types of sales. Some sales prices were great deals while others (especially Christmas projects) were still not even a deal at all yet. There are no employees available anywhere except at the front check out. There were two check out lanes open and three self checkout computers. One employee had to stand near the self checkout to call people over to use them. The employees, including the one who was currently ringing someone up, would be yelling out to the line ... "If you are paying by credit or debit, there are self checkout registers open." Because I wasn't using self- checkout, the woman finished my order without ever talking to me except when she yelled across, "I can help the next person." There was no further talking. My items were simply tossed in a bag. Somehow 2 of the 4 spools of thread that I wanted to purchase got lost before I bought them. The store was hot, busy, chaotic, with a meandering line instead of one that followed the path they prefer because there were not enough associates. I did find all the items I needed. However, all categories of merchandise were spread apart because there would be some in the aisle and some in the end caps. It was a frustrating and still productive trip. But know your prices before you go!
