The customer service received when contacting the store was sincere and caring. They requested I send pictures to them of the bouquet I received. There was mold throughout, stems with no flowers and flowers that appeared to have been frozen. The store clerk shared with the owner with hopes of a refund. Owner insisted on sending a new bouquet. These to arrived with mold and frozen flowers. I shared pictures again with the store clerk who advised I speak directly to the owner. I called left a message requesting to be contacted. I later received a text from store owner. She kept telling me there were no frozen flowers and I needed to trim stems and place in water. The conversation was not very pleasant with her belittling me. She tried to accuse me of leaving them on my doorstep but courier handed them to me. When I tried to explain the frozen flowers, she told me to look at the flowers and not the green stems/leaves. Disregarding my explanation. When I requested a refund she repl " We are unable to do that. The flowers need a chance to be in water to bloom. " As the owner of a business you would think they would want to know of any product concerns. We have ordered in the past and had good success with fruit and candy. The customer service received by the owner this time around was terrible. We will not be ordering from them again. Nor will any of our family and friends. This experience ruined it for us. Oof... I get that they are trying to make sure to see whether a delivery has been made to take a picture but the delivery guy did not even tell me wife that he is going to be taking a picture and just took one of her holding the delivery and bolted before she can even say anything. I get that it is the holiday rush but at the very least train your delivery folks appropriately to ask permission, when I called the store, they asked for forgiveness :( And it is always easy to ask for forgiveness than permission, but from a reputed company. That is sad. On the arrangement itself, it was meh! It could absolutely be because my taste buds were soured because of the entire picture fiasco. I contacted corporate and just asked them to remove the pic and please ensure training to ensure that this does not happen to anyone. Edit - so the franchise owner Candace called to illustrate the policy of taking pics, and I kept reiterating that it was nothing against the policy of taking pics but how you execute that matters and this was done in poor taste. She clearly was not onboard with this and insisted that this is company policy to which I shared with her that I already contacted corporate to make sure that they get that I am not against the policy but just how the local store executes it, and only thing, I am requesting is to ask for consent. read more

I placed an order for a friend who attends University of Minnesota. When I entered his address online with the zip code this is the ONLY store that popped up for delivery. After placing the order I called to inquire what time the store would deliver to Minneapolis. She said later in the afternoon. She called me back immediately after and said they don't deliver to my zip code. So why would you 1. Allow me to place the order to your store 2. Confirm the order. I asked her for a solution - either transfer it to a store that will or give me store credit so I can use that to a place a new order. This representative didn't know how to do anything. She needed to call her manager for every small question. She told me she would call me back in a couple minutes after she figured it out. An hour goes by and no call. So I took the initiative to figure out what's happening with my same day order. She was like yea we can't help you so I will just refund it. Then she asks for my card information. If you are refunding an online order why do you need my card information?! Some people just have no common sense. She couldn't even help me place a new order with the right store. This shows to go you that businesses are very quick to take your money and very slow to give it back when they don't fulfill it. read more

I have always been pleased with Edible Arrangements. However, my experience today was so beyond inexcusable I just felt compelled to write a review. I ordered a Summer Birthday fruit basket with extra chocolate dipped strawberries and pineapple with the age cut out. This basket was ordered two days prior to being delivered. The basket arrived warm, chocolate melting off the strawberries, pineapple age pushed into the arrangement and the juices from the fruit running down the container which could be seen on the plastic wrap. I called to inquire about this unacceptable delivery. The young girl was so apologetic and very helpful. She was able to pull up the picture of proof of delivery and even she could see the chocolate melting off the strawberries. She put me on hold for just a short time. She called her manager who told her to remake the basket and send out again today. OK, perfect. They were aware of their mistake and were quick to make a satisfactory resolution. Short time later called back to say they were now out of summer fruit. They could give me a $20.00 store credit or deliver a box of chocolate covered strawberries. Are you kidding? This fruit can't be eaten, it definitely can't be presented to the birthday recipient and I'm basically told I won't get a refund or new basket but $20.00 store credit? This order was $166.00!! The manager had this young lady call back again and said if I just refrigerate the fruit it should be fine. They are willing to offer bad service to not refund for their mistake. I will NEVER order from them again and if I were you I would think twice as well. They are apparently more interested in the dollar then making it right. read more

I picked up my order and went to put it in my car. The lid was not secured and the lid fell off and my entire arrangement fell all over the car wasting all of it. I immediately went back inside and was told there was nothing they could do. Complete incompetence on their part which causes me not to have a thanksgiving gift. We were delivered a hot, melted mess yesterday. Contacted them this morning about it. They agreed to redeliver a new arrangement...but wanted their container back (why would I want the container? I told them they can take the WHOLE "arrangement" plus the container). When I sent them approximately six photos of the original "arrangement," (from my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus), they told me that they "couldn't tell from the pictures if it is actually fruit"...as if I sent fake pictures! Never apologized or admitted fault. Will be contacting their corporate office, and a few other media/news outlets. I am updating this review from 2 stars to 4 after receiving a phone call from the store manager. She offered to send out a new arrangement, which I declined since it was for a Christmas party, so it is kind of pointless. Instead, she issued a credit for the full amount I spent to be used in their store within the next 12 months. :) Excellent customer service on their part! I order an Edible Arrangement for family in MN every year for Christmas. This year, we went with this store instead of the one in Maple Grove that we normally use since the family did their get together at a different relative's house. I will give them credit for getting the arrangement delivered in a timely fashion, but that is about all I can say. I ordered a "Regular" sized arrangement, and while the photos I got look like it might have actually contained what was shown in the photo, it was not at all pretty. Edible Arrangements are usually arranged in a mound shape so you can see everything in the basket, and they look beautiful. The one that was delivered this year is totally flat and the pieces of fruit look like they were simply filed behind one another. For $130.69 (after a free delivery code), I expect something that does not look like my 9 year old son put it together. (I will be posting photos.) read more

Never really had an issue with Edible Arrangments in general. Put an order in for mothers day a week in advanced and it was never received. Tracking was never updated online either. When I called for a refund I was told "sorry about that". As a customer that's not something I want to hear. read more

I used to get big fruit baskets online for my work with this year I just decided to go with Edible Arrangements. When arrived at the Christmas party I was glad I did but then people started digging into it and eating it, and the fruit was not good. WILL not order from them next year. read more

My experience with this location started off a little rocky, I received a delivery from family out east and was not home to receive the delivery, it was left on my front door in 90 degree heat, being that it was chocolate covered strawberries you can imagine the mess.....This was completely turned around after speaking with the store, I explained the situation and the person I worked with was absolutely wonderful. They credited back part of the purchase price to the gift giver and are sending me a new arrangement at work. They took a 'melty" situation and made it right and then some! Sometimes mistakes are made, but it is great to see a company that stands by their "Certified Happiness" claim on their website. Well done! read more

Had terrible service here. Came in yesterday for a last minute birthday present (wasn't picky - just needed something). There was 1 girl working, 1 refrigerator, 1 "bouquet" left. I asked her if she had anything in the back and said "No, it's the end of the week". I said I would take the one bouquet left in the fridge. I said I would like to use the coupon that was tied to the back of the bouquet and proceeded to tell me that it is probably for an online order only. I suggested she read the details, because it was for this specific retail location. She told me that the code wasn't working and ignored her. While she was figuring out how to provide a discount, I asked about the large sign on the counter that said "Edible to Go" and if we could order a few items. She replied "No, the kitchen is closed". We were there 20 minutes prior to closing, and understand some of this, but everything we asked was a "no" with no further suggestion or positive customer interaction. I think people forget that business is obtained one person at a time. I will not be returning. read more

I would not even give this business 1 star if I could.... I live in Texas and my sister lives in Minnesota so I thought I would send her an edible arrangement to her work for her birthday. I spent roughly $90 on a large arrangement, balloon, and delivery fees. My sister called after she received it and thanked me up and down, but she also informed me that the grapes in the arrangement were rotten. I was shocked and grossed out for her. I immediately called the store and spoke to the store owner... this is where it gets good... the store owner stated that she could not believe the grapes were rotten. She told me that she had seen the grapes earlier in the morning and they were just fine. I explained that the grapes were gooey and soft. Again, the owner said that was not possible and basically called me a liar. I called a 1-800 number for customer service and was told that since this particular business was individually owned that there wasn't much they could do except document the incident and contact the owner. Shortly after the conversation the owner called my phone. She was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that if my sister wanted to come up to the store she would give her 24 new grapes to her liking... since there were 6 grape sticks with 4 grapes on each stick. I was completely shocked by her solution. I was not looking to get a single cent of my money back or get into a fight... but her total disregard for my business was beyond unacceptable. read more
