The sales lady tried the store once, and then when they didn't pick up, she let us know that there was nothing she could do and that we would have to walk away without the earrings we had driven 40 minutes for. throughout the entire experience she was very rude and never once apologized for the inconvenience, we had to ask her nicely to try the store a few more times before she was able to get through and get the purchase done. We walked away not only with our earrings but with a bad impression of the store. We will not be shopping here again.

There was mold throughout, stems with no flowers and flowers that appeared to have been frozen. The store clerk shared with the owner with hopes of a refund. Owner insisted on sending a new bouquet. These to arrived with mold and frozen flowers. I shared pictures again with the store clerk who advised I speak directly to the owner. I called left a message requesting to be contacted. I later received a text from store owner. She kept telling me there were no frozen flowers and I needed to trim stems and place in water. The conversation was not very pleasant with her belittling me. She tried to accuse me of leaving them on my doorstep but courier handed them to me. When I tried to explain the frozen flowers, she told me to look at the flowers and not the green stems/leaves. Disregarding my explanation. When I requested a refund she repl " We are unable to do that. The flowers need a chance to be in water to bloom. " As the owner of a business you would think they would want to know of any product concerns. We have ordered in the past and had good success with fruit and candy. The customer service received by the owner this time around was terrible. We will not be ordering from them again. Nor will any of our family and friends. This experience ruined it for us. Even when a compliment was given for the candies and fruit received that we didn't have issues with, owner never replied.

I get that it is the holiday rush but at the very least train your delivery folks appropriately to ask permission, when I called the store, they asked for forgiveness :( And it is always easy to ask for forgiveness than permission, but from a reputed company. That is sad. On the arrangement itself, it was meh! It could absolutely be because my taste buds were soured because of the entire picture fiasco. I contacted corporate and just asked them to remove the pic and please ensure training to ensure that this does not happen to anyone. Edit - so the franchise owner Candace called to illustrate the policy of taking pics, and I kept reiterating that it was nothing against the policy of taking pics but how you execute that matters and this was done in poor taste. She clearly was not onboard with this and insisted that this is company policy to which I shared with her that I already contacted corporate to make sure that they get that I am not against the policy but just how the local store executes it, and only thing, I am requesting is to ask for consent.

Don't get me wrong; they're very nice decorations and very affordable, ranging from embroidered tea towels to garland to crystal ornaments and larger decor, but that's pretty much ALL that was there today. He installed the wrong faucet, and it took several days before he repaired a leak under new vanity. He did a poor job with the tiling. Don't recommend.

Both the kind that lead to an outside door and the difference in the color of the plank into the bathroom space. The Owner Tina was great to work with. I will work with Seestedt's again when I update my stairs and upper level of my home. I see my hometown is listed as someplace in California. Not true, Saint Paul Minnesota suburb.

He cleanly removed some of the baseboard so the shelves would be flush with the walls, added quarter round to the base, and caulked the edges for a seamless, built-in look that completely elevated the space. He also relocated our Nest thermostat to the opposite side of the wall. Benjamin has done a variety of other projects, too, including installing a storm door in our sunroom, repairing and replacing rotted wood, and replacing the interior door trim. We've been super pleased with all of it - he is detail oriented, diligent, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Benjamin!!

During landscaping on the neighboring properties, their contractor broke one of our sprinkler heads and cut our underground electric dog fence wire--not once, but twice within a week. We have a young puppy, so having a functioning fence wasn't optional. We repaired the damage ourselves each time and paid the supply costs out of pocket. When we tried to resolve the issue, I spoke with the landscaping crew but there was a language barrier that made communication difficult. My husband then contacted the site supervisor of Creative Homes. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, we were told to contact the landscaping company ourselves. After that, our follow-up messages--including an email to the Woodbury corporate office--went unanswered. What disappointed us most wasn't the relatively small repair cost. Mistakes happen on construction sites. It was the complete lack of accountability after the damage occurred. We've also watched and heard from neighboring homeowners who have had to deal with repeated construction-related issues, including utility lines being damaged during construction, a fire during construction caused by a contractor, wrong color cabinets installed causing a multi week delay, etc. Seeing these experiences, combined with our own, has left us with little confidence in Creative Homes' oversight of their contractors or their willingness to stand behind the work being done.

Why can't you come out and repair it it is your crappy couch you sold me. The person I did pay to come out to repair it said this will probably happen again because it was loosely stitched and he said this is totally manufacturer defect and not sewn correctly. So I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Furniture Manor and their crappy warranty company. I thought I was helping a small store I will only go to the big box stores from now on. Very Disappointed in the customer service and standing behind what you sell.
