Less than two hours later she had been to the hardware store and fixed them both, texted me a photo of the receipt, I used PayPal to pay her and it was done! A year of frustration, solved. Worth every penny. Around my work she does all kinds of maintenance, as well as snow removal and gardening in the summer. They have about her, so I knew this was my girl!

However the written proposal came at "$150 per door and $300 per window and $250 per mobilization". He did not explain this when I questioned. Instead he said the total cost came in higher because of things he forgot about. That part I can understand, but not the manipulation of the individual costs that were agreed on. The proposal was incomplete and lacking information such as # of doors and # of windows. Just a dollar amount. Very unprofessional and lacking information. Based on this, I wouldn't trust any further work, just because of this one person. While the actual workers may have done a great job, this employee cost the company this job.
