We looked at online stores none really shipped here and the ones that did are way more! We will always use Blinds Unlimited moving forward! We had a small problem and they fixed ASAP! We also placed our order and they quoted us the correct install time! We have now had our blinds for 6+ months and I am BEYOND happy!!!! From inquiry, measuring, quote, ordering, install, and 6+months of active use, I can positively say that Blinds Unlimited is 100% amazing!!!! At first, I was tempted to go to a big box store and just get the blinds they had in stock. . . when we bought our home, the existing blinds were run of the mill... with teenagers, dogs and guests, we learned that quality matters. The blinds we had did not hold up to the activity of real life action. Stings tangled and broke, plastic parts cracked and fell apart. So, we decided to go with a professional. We met the owner, Kevin, and he was exceedingly thoughtful. His team are hand-picked and they are experienced professionals who know all the ins and outs of blinds and window treatments. From start to finish I was made feel like my business was a major inconvenience. My whole house is fitted with their products which is a huge investment. I paid for (an overpriced) service for a broken product that they made and installed and at every point of contact I was met with negativity. In the end, they gave me back someone else's blinds and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about when I called to troubleshoot the issue. Rude, unorganized, + overpriced. When I moved into my place it already came with nice blinds in every room. One time the bedroom blinds fell due their size and weight I noticed the name and number at the bottom of the blind and called them. I brought the blinds in and they fixed them for $100, and made the whole set up stronger to boot. Recently, another of the blinds had a cord issue, so again I brought them in thinking they would have to restring them and the gent that fixed the first pair asked if I could wait 5 minutes. I thought he was going to assess the damage and let me know the cost. I persused the blinds looking for blackout blinds that I could get for another room and he was like here you go. All fixed and no charge. I do need to buy a set of blinds that are going to be expensive, but they will be what I want, and made in this shop. I don't know any other window blinds shop so this may be a case of... ...the blind leading the blind. BAHAHAHAHA!!! read more

I went there today (January 7, 2019) to buy some hardware to put up a blind. As I was taking the blind out of the back seat, an employee of Blinds Unlimited arrived in the parking lot. As I was inside making my purchase, he came through the front door and informed me that I parked in the middle of the parking lot. This was the first time I had been at the store and it was 5 degrees with snow on the ground, and there were no signs showing where to park. I told him there were no signs. After my purchase I went out to my car and noticed that he had backed up to my bumper so that I could not back up. As I went out the door he followed me and said at the doorway that I was suppose to park near the street. I was saying that it wasn't very good customer service what he did, but he slammed the door. I will never give this store my business and will insure that our builder friends not give them anymore business as well. Shame on you Blinds Unlimited for hiring such a person with little customer service attitude. I wonder how he treats other customers ... read more

A couple of the workers there have been very rude and even vindictive on one visit to the shop. We only needed minor parts for our blinds and twice were overcharged. Blind cleaning work was of a poor quality. Find someone else to work with to get H-D blinds. The blinds themselves are great. Just recommend you DO NOT work with these jerks. read more

The new home that my husband I bought in Anchorage did not have any blinds. We took the time to get three quotes from different companies in town, ultimately selecting Blinds Unlimited. I am so happy that we did! From start to finish it was a better experience than I expected. Casey accommodated our schedules and met for our free consultation after work. He did a great job of showing us all of our options and worked with us to make sure we found what we liked, within our budget, and without sacrificing quality. They have a lot options to choose from so it was easy to match the custom paint colors I had painted in the bedrooms as well. The turnaround time was quick and when they were ready to be installed they worked with our schedule to find a good time. The staff was on time for the install, worked promptly, and was very friendly and informative. The cellular blinds look great throughout our whole house! Highly recommend!! read more
