The groomers were so patient and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire time. She was quite matted and really needed a good groom, and they did an amazing job! She was pretty chill after she got home too, it was nice to see that response. I had gone to a different groomer before and it was not a great experience,they barely touched her face, just buzzed down the nose, but hair was still in her eyes!
