Due to this, Christine decided that she is no longer comfortable working with us. I understand that everyone is entitled to their own feelings, but I believe it's important to show more empathy. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their tub set up. Some suggestions: They don't have any mats on the floors of their tubs for older/arthritic pets. It's just straight stainless steel. On that's same note, the hose head is tiny and VERY hard to press. It resembles a side sprayer from a sink. It took a very long time to wet my large breed, long haired dog and I was getting thumb cramps constantly from having to hold down the lever on the "side sprayer" head. I'm sure this can get painful for anyone with arthritis. I feel like if they changed to a different hose head, pets would get bathed quicker since there would be more coverage than the current head they have on the hose. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this facility, if they make these small changes/adjustments I can only imagine how much more business they would get !
