The trailers had both a men and women's side with three stalls on, each side. IT was clean, air conditioned and even had piped in music. We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.

Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room.
