The trailers had both a men and women's side with three stalls on, each side. IT was clean, air conditioned and even had piped in music. The generator that ran the trailer was so quiet you did not know that it was there. IT was a great addition to our reception and the guests loved it. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable.
