So, this was my first time going to this salon and it was a fantastic experience! I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist, the salon was clean and had a great ambiance. I was nervous going to a new salon as I have had horrible experiences in the past having to wait all day to get my hair done and/or not getting the services I paid for, but this WAS NOT THE CASE. Ms. Kim promptly adhered to my appointment time and had me in and out in about an hour and a half!!! I could not believe how fast the services were done with such amazing results. My hair was in need of some serious TLC and Ms. Kim exceeded my expectations. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made a few suggestions along the way. The services I received were permanent hair color, a hair cut, and a blow dry & style. There was also a good playlist playing while I was there and good conversation. I also REALLY APPRECAITE the policies Ms. Kim has implemented for her salon as it keeps things professional and business flowing. The booking process was also convenient as you are able to book your services online (with an explain of each service you choose), choose your stylist, and see calendar with available dates and times. Brooklyn did a fantastic job on my wig removal and reinstall. She started on time which is a big deal to me since I expect that when I make an appointment for specific time. She really knew what she was doing. I left with my hair and wig squeaky clean and a new go to hairstylist to boot. Price was fair also. Loved her sweet genuine personality as well. I was looking for something different as I am natural and I've had some bad experiences in the past with salons working with my natural hair.
