Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. We ended up doing the shoot in her studio but there are options to do it in your own home. I was a little hesitant to have photos done given covid but once we got to her studio we felt very safe. I did my own hair and makeup but if it weren't for covid I would have probably used the vendors she works with/recommends. I bought my own dress to wear in the shoot but I ended up using one of hers. She has a collection of dresses in a range of colors and sizes. I am so grateful for these photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. He has consistently turned pics around in less than 2 weeks. Shane is my go to photographer and I truly appreciate all that he does and who he is to capture meaningful moments in my life. Everyone deserves to have a professional shoot pics of them at various moments in their life and you want to do that with someone who makes you feel comfortable.
