My wife and I are building a home, or should I say, the Fishers are building our home. We chose them from a number of quality builders in the area, because of their reputation in our new community for both new builds and renovations. Before contracting, we looked at several completed homes, as well as homes in progress then being constructed by Ye Olde Village Workshop. Our architect has consistently been pleased with Bill's quality and has had no issues whatsoever when he has suggested any modifications to Bill. I have found Bill's communication to be excellent as far as what is included or not, on issues and concerns, etc. In any new construction, there is inevitably some stress or misunderstanding. In those few nominal discussions, Bill and i have easily and quickly thrashed out and resolved the concern. Contrary to the other review, I highly recommend you consider the Fishers when you do your diligence. There are 2 sides to every story.

He came out the same day we spoke, gave a clear and honest assessment with photos/videos, and was easy to communicate with - flexible and responsive the whole way. He even followed up to make sure the roof was fully complete and pointed out other things he noticed, like a small foundation crack.
