So, I'll start from the beginning. It was my bachelorette weekend getaway in Temecula. My sister organized a fantastic day of wine tasting. She went through this company "An Extreme Dream Limousine" to take us around on a wine tasting tour with a gourmet picnic lunch. "Betty" called our room and advised us she was at the front of the hotel. We walked down and we noticed a navy blue limo. NAVY BLUE!!! My sister shocked says, "We ordered a black limo." Betty says, the air went out in the black limo and this is what we have. But you can decline the service if you like. My sister politely asked if we could get a discount since this wasn't what she ordered and Betty again said, You can feel free to cancel the service if you like. Uggg...why not roll around in the awesome blue limo..so we hopped in. Betty told us our first stop would be Weins and then Wilson Creek for our gourmet picnic lunch. Well, we exited the limo and we were at Wilson Creek, not Weins. She said that we didn't have enough time to go to Weins first because we had an appointment at Wilson Creek and we couldn't be late. She never communicated this with any of us. After another wine tasting, she took us to Maurice's for the gourmet picnic. Gourmet??? What??? The website describes the picnic as: Picnic lunches are served at one of the scenic wineries. Picnic lunches Includes gourmet picnic lunch,elegant setting and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Gourmet lunch includes, mini sandwiches, tub o mustard and tub o mayonnaise and veggie Wheat Thins a bottle of water. NO Champagne, no gourmet anything. I will post the picture of the website and the picture of our gourmet lunch. We were less than thrilled. BOO! We asked for her to take us to Ponte because they would take suggestions but she could not get us a reservation. WHATEVER. We ended our tour early and had her take us back tot he hotel where we piled into our car and drove to Ponte ourselves. Betty did her job (so the one star doesn't reflect on her services, except for the communication part), my sister called the manager of Extreme Dream...he sucked. Don't take this limo! The limo arrived on time but a dark shade of blue, not black. When we mentioned that this is not what we ordered the driver said we can cancel our limo, but no other option. So we felt stuck to keep the limo since we found this out on our way to the destination....no phone call beforehand to make us aware. When we had our lunch provided by the limo company it was some premade turkey and roastbeef sandwiches, with wheat thin crackers and bottles of water ( this is not the as advertised "gourmet lunch" we were expecting). Then we were not told that certain wineries only allow limos with reservations. This was annoying since places we were planning on going to, we could not. All and all our experience was not what we were expecting and will not use this limo service again. read more

We just got back from a wine tasting event and had Extreme Dream Limousine drive us around for two days! The limo was great, clean and ready for the fun times that were ahead of us and their rates were highly reasonable compared to other places we called. It was worth every penny to visit Temecula and go wine tasting in their limo. And we can't say enough great things about our driver, Betty! She put up with our loud and crazy behaviour for two days and got us to all our stops safely. Betty deserves '10' stars!! We live in Vegas where limo service is the norm, so this was a fun experience for us! We will definitely call Extreme Dream on our next trip out there and would recommend them to everyone. read more

Last weekend we booked a limo through "An Extreme Dream Limousine" to take us wine tasting in Temecula. They arrived on time and our driver was very pleasent. After being dropped off and the limo leaving I realized that I left my pair of expensive Dior sunglasses in the limo. I called them immediately and they confirmed that they had them. They arranged with me a few days later to get them back to me. I want to thank them for there honesty! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT BOOK!!! RUINED MY PROM NIGHT!!!! let me start off by saying that I chose this company because it was the only company that had a party limo bus available for the day of my prom. I called the "company" which ended up calling the owner's cell phone. So this company doesn't have an office phone... How completely sketchy is that. (Being that the phone call and quote weren't recorded) I should have known that something was not right from that point...but I went through with the reservation asking for a 22 passenger party limo bus as it was the only option for a limo bus on the website. The owner I spoke to on the phone did not have any good customer service skills whatsoever (he has very awkward social skills.) I gave the credit card information and pick up/drop off locations and he told me that the deposit was $150 out of the $1400 for 8 hours. A couple weeks later I looked at the credit card bill and noticed that he charged $160!!! The owner told me that it was $150 flat without tax or service fee etc., yet he charged the credit card more than he told me!!! Then, after saying he would call me a couple days before the actual prom day, I received no phone call. I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED and made sure the plans were finalized. He then told me that he would "call me back" which he never did. I called the next day (2 days before) and then he told me AGAIN that he would call me back. He then, finally, called me back. On the actual prom day, a party bus limo arrived but was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURES on the company's website and review sites. I was expecting a larger bus as the only option was a 22 passenger party limo bus. What arrived was a smaller 18 passenger party bus, which was not even on the website as an option!!!!! I paid for a 22 passenger limo bus and only got an 18 passenger one!!! RIP OFF!!!! Squeezing 25 people on an 18 passenger party bus was NOT a fun part of the whole prom experience. We were completely squished and had people sitting on top of others making an uncomfortable ride to prom. We asked the driver to call for a larger limo but he wouldn't promise us anything. This made me look bad as a person planning the party limo bus for 25 people and made the company look even worse. I called the company a couple days after prom and the owner said he'll look into it and call me back but I never received a call back. If you want a horrible service call this company. This company did ruin my prom day....Needless to say I was not pleased with the service of "An Extreme Dream Limo". read more

I hired them to drive us around to go wine tasting for my birthday (9/14/13) and they were awesome. For the same service and vehicles they were priced way under everyone else which I appreciated. Mike was our driver and was perfect. He went everywhere on my custom itinerary and was willing to bring us to a winery that was off the itinerary. We rented a van for 6 hrs and made it to 5 wineries including lunch! Mike kept the air conditioning on all the time and was always right there to pick us up after each tasting. The van was perfect for my group and lots of room for 7 ppl. Communication with the company owner was easy and straight to the point. Other companies tried to charge me at least $200 more and also bull$h*t me left and right like cheap car salesmen. Not Eddie, he was great to work with. Great prices and great company. read more

This review is for a wine tour I booked last June. The trip was a last minute one so a lot of places already were fully booked for that Saturday or didn't have a big enough limo for 8. After calling several places without luck, I stumbled upon An Extreme Dream Limousine. The person I spoke to said that they had a special running for a 10 person limo for 4 hours so I decided to book it. The rate was the lowest of all the places I had called. They also only asked for a $20 deposit and the balance would be paid on the day. Flash forward a week later, the driver arrived promptly and was kind enough to wait 20 minutes since a few of my friends were stuck in traffic. Overall, the driver and the service was fine. A friend had planned an itinerary so we just provided the driver the address and called him when we were ready to be picked up. (side note: we got a dark blue limo, surprise but we didn't really care) The reason I am only giving the experience 2 stars is because when I looked at my credit card charges, I was overcharged by $20 something dollars. I had thought I asked about all the fees and taxes but I guess not. While this is not an absorbent amount, it is still annoying that the price/fee/taxes was not clearly detailed. It would of been nice to have an email receipt or something. The driver just gave me scribbles on a small piece of paper. read more

Wow just had a great experience with them. They picked me up conveniently from my hotel at the Pechanga Resort and took me on a great 4 hour wine tasting tour. They had the best price when I called a few tour companies in the area, and they also provided me with coupons for some of the wineries. Not to mention I left my camera in the limo, and didn't notice till the next day , and they called me and returned it to me ! Great services and pricing I definitely recommend these guys. DO not use this limo company.They say they have cupouns but they will not or they will be expired plus they charged my card twie and would not give me a refund after the drive told us to pay the full bill and then call the office and they would refund me my money.Very rude customer service. read more
