Honestly, I don't like to give a negative review unless it's warranted. We requested a quote for an airport shuttle to and from Menifee to LAX for two seniors. I'm not sure what the going rate is these days, but our response from Platinum 7 Transport seemed ridiculously expensive ($1,750.00). Forgive me if I'm wrong but this seemed excessive too me. I just reviewed a response from Platinum 7 and I retract my prior comments. It is unfair of me to rate them on a service I didn't receive so I apologize . I was on a bachelorette trip and last minute we decided we wanted a fun experience on our way to drinks and dinner, vs. multiple Ubers for our large group. I called Saturday morning (same day as our drinks/dinner plans) and Lorenzo answered, he was extremely professional on the phone and very politely asked questions about our needs for the evening. He promptly followed up, as promised, with a text message showing me the vehicle they had available and a quote for what it would cost. Once I agreed we would like to book, I was asked to provide a few simple details and received an invoice, making the process extremely smooth and easy. Communication continued to be smooth leading up to our driver arriving. Adrian was our driver and he was extremely communicative and great as well. We had a few stops that evening and Adrian was always ready for us and parked right outside the establishment we were leaving and dropped us right in front of our next stops, too. It was easy to coordinate just a simple text 10 minutes before we wanted to be picked up and he was there! Definitely recommend for anyone who would like a fun, seamless option for transportation. Note: our Airbnb was approx. 50 minutes away from where we were hanging out and having dinner for the night and we felt completely safe throughout the drive. Will use again in the future! read more

Such a great way to get out to Acrisure Arena. Like all of the other reviews state Lorenzo was the absolute best. Patient and kind, he showed up early so we could leave on our schedule and even turned around for a forgotten phone. He had Lizzo music videos playing for us on the TV which really started the night on a high. We had the 8-passenger Sprinter Van and it was incredibly comfortable. The seats were even ventilated! For as great as it was being dropped off at the door, the pickup was the best part. Lorenzo text me just as the concert was ending that he was waiting where he dropped us off and to take our time. We didn't have to worry about sobering up, waiting for a ride, canceled rides, meeting up at the right spot, DUI checkpoints, the crazy directions the cops sent us to get out of the arena, not even traffic was an issue for our party in the back of the bus!! Lorenzo took care of all of it. We sat back with (much needed) cold waters and kept the party going all the way home. 10/10 would highly recommend. read more

My son was in an accident in the dessert and his car was totaled! A police officer drop him off at the closest gas station in the middle of the desert after his car was towed. There was nothing around him! I called Lorenzo at Platinum 7, after calling 5 different taxi services including Uber and Lyft. He was immediately helpful and understanding of our situation.
