The owner is an absolute unprofessional trainwreck. I was never told to pay up front and was never told that the maid and carpet cleaners are two separate teams that need to be paid up front and separately. I had to leave work in the middle of the day after being called twelve times and verbally berated by Cindy. Cindy laughed at me on the phone, berated me about my age and asked "how young" I was (I'm 26, this is including when she was calling me "honey"), and continued to insult me and be extremely rude. I was absolutely astounded. No receipt either. EDIT: they also broke my sliding shower door. Would give zero stars if I could. Cindy wanted to send someone else over and for me to pay more money for it... Not only that but she tried charging me more money because it took the cleaner more time... When trying to discuss with Cindy my dissatisfaction she was extremely rude and said that my house was one of the filthiest which i'm sure she says to all of her dissatisfied clients... my house is probably one of the cleanest... Apparently another thing that i find odd is that my cleaner sent Cindy pictures of the areas she cleaned so she could give an excuse to why it was taking her so long... I have been using this service since March 2015 and I couldn't be happier with the detailed cleaning I receive on a monthly basis. Cindy is responsive and great to work with and Wendy (my cleaning lady) is the best ever! The prices are reasonable and well worth me not having to thoroughly clean my house on my own. Theu provide their own cleaning products (which are of the best), vacuum and mop. I am truly disappointed in the response that Cindy gave me when her employee damaged my microwave, though I do believe that it was an accident, it was not brought to my attention. I immediately addressed it with Wendy the house cleaner and she has complete denied it. It was a fresh dent on stainless steel. Very obvious. I was very satisfied with the cleaning service but I can't take someone who tells an untruth. I was always taught "if you lie you'll steal and if you steal you'll cheat". Worst experience ever! I asked for move-in house cleaning on Mar 19th. I was planning to move on the same day so I just opened the door for them and left. When I got back to the house, apparently they did not do a thorough job. Blinds were still dusty, kitchen drawers were not cleaned, and cabinets were not cleaned. Apparently they did not spend enough time on my house. I paid $225 for 8 hour cleaning. I don't think the three ladies spent over 1 hour in my house to do their job. So i called them back to clean the missed spots, and they came back to wipe the blinds and cabinets. And if I couldn't find any clean dishes I would eat off the floor. however due to deteriorating health I no longer able to do this degree of maintenance. We used Cindy's cleaning service for over a year in a large home with guest home that we were renting for some of our employees who had a temporary long-term assignment in the area. Although we did have to work out a few kinks to get our payment system in order to please all parties, the guys living in the home never had anything but good feedback on the service. Wow, I rented a home lived in by a bachelor. The stove top was a mess, as was the bathrooms, particularly the shower floor. The base boards had never been cleaned, and in general needed a deep deep clean. Tosha & her daughter showed up on time and ready to work. They cleaned every nook and cranny of the home, and then some. The daughter was on the floor scrubbing all the baseboards with a brush, more then I ever expected. Cindy is a miserable human. Her workers are unprofessional and when confronted with the fact that the services I hired them for, not even being close to the website description, you get verbally attacked at a personal level by the owner that in no way has anything to do with the business transaction. I'd typically not leave a review like this, but as a successful business owner, it irritates me to go through this sort of trauma. I know it's just a cleaning, and honestly I would have quickly written it off as a loss, but this woman really ruined what was a good day with her awful attitude and general lack of caring about any customer or potential customers. I am sorry to say this is not a a service I will be referring to my friends or family. I recently moved out of my home and sold it so I called and spoke with Cindy from immaculate touch cleaning services and I explained that I needed the move out cleaning. She said it would cost $250 and it would include sanitized and deep clean. When they showed up to clean one was on time and the other was 30 mins late. I had just finished moving out so I was going room to room cleaning all of my stuff and trash out of their way all they had to do was clean and sanitize a house like you would want your house if you were moving in to it. I thought when I discussed my cleaning needs with Cindy on the phone that I was in good hands.(((NOT TRUE)) it was a misleading quote and I was sent unqualified cleaners with improper cleaning materials. They took payment upfront and like a dummy I tipped upfront also they were very slow and unable to finish my walls are dirty as are my doors and my floors are more sticky now than they were before they came. They left before I could inspect and when my husband called the company to ask why they didn't finish Cindy says they ran out of time and the house was more work than they thought. No communication!!!!!!! I will be taking pitchers of everything they skipped and I plan on reporting to the better business bureau very upset I had to spend money only so I would have to go behind them and do it myself anyway read more

I live in a different state and contacted Cindy for a quote on a move out clean for my son in Las Vegas that was transferring with the military. She immediately responded to my email, and also informed me about their carpet cleaning service as well. I went with both services and was thrilled to be able to pay with the pay pal option. This was the easiest transaction I have ever done for services. The cleaners showed up right on time followed by the carpet cleaners. No one was home to be able to be at the residence to let them in or out which was no problem for them. They did an excellent job! Everything was spotless. I highly recommend their services. Absolutely terrible! I have only used a maid service once in the past and decided as a busy as my life is, I would try it again and bought their spring cleaning service. They did about half of what was discussed and a poor job at what they were able to accomplish in the 5 hours they were there. I have a small home and keep it tidy. Still not sure what they did while they were there other than complain about my dog who is friendly and was kept in another room at all times. My son and I both had missing items from our bedrooms that we did not notice until a few days after they left. I called and emailed Cindy regarding the poor cleaning they did on the home and never received a call or email back. My boyfriend used them as well and neither of us will use them again. I actually found An Immaculate Touch (AIT) on Craigslist when the housekeeper I had been using for years decided to hang it up. After calling two other housekeeping services, AIT was the most responsive, most competitive and seemed to want my business the most. Cindy assigned Melissa to clean my home and she's been my housekeeper for the last 3 years. She is prompt and thorough and I've never had anything broken or stolen (goes without saying). If there are any scheduling changes (rare), Cindy always calls way in advance to make scheduling adjustments and is always willing to accommodate if I need to make a scheduling change. Three gals were supposed to come and clean my home for three hours. The first two came and the third was an hour and a half late. The first two did a really great job on the rooms they did. They left. The third girl did an awful job. She did not do the deep cleaning that I had hired the company to do. On top of that she used something abrasive on my brand new stainless steel appliances and scratched them all horribly. I didn't notice the scratches at first because there were water spots all over my appliances. When I re-cleaned them all right away, I saw the damage and immediately called Cindy, the owner. She was rude and skeptical of my claims. She did finally agree to have a repairman come out and attempt to fix the scratches. When I spoke with the repairman he said he could not guarantee anything and that the procedure could possibly make it worse. When I spoke to Cindy about this she got very hostile and rude and refused to guarantee taking care of the damage. She was not the type of business owner to fix what her employees had done which is very unprofessional. She called me a liar and told me she did not believe a word I was saying. If I could give negative stars I would. I had an appointment for a house cleaning for a move in. My house was empty. When the cleaners arrived (I believe her name was Tasha) she pulled up in a busted van with the side window shattered out. They came in and started cleaning which was great. About an hour into it, Tasha informed me that she was sick and throwing up in my toilet. First of all, TMI. Second of all, you need to leave if you are actively throwing up. No excuse, her and her assistant left after four hours and it was $200. After they left, I noticed my stove was still filthy, the floors had their shoe prints all over it, the doors and cupboards were still dusty, the sides of my toilets, behind my toilets and sinks were dirty. I was very upset that I just spent $200 and I have no idea what they did on an empty house for 4 hours. I immediately called the number from the website to speak to someone and no one answered so I left a message. The next day was the 4th of July so I didn't call. I hen called Tuesday morning and left another message. Finally I emailed Cindy (the owner) and told her to call me. She replied with a text and I had to call her. When I did, I told her what happened and she was rude and asked why I haven't called sooner. She was argumentative and accusatory. I wanted to schedule someone else to come clean my house and she wanted it on her time. I work long hours and she said that it would be too long to schedule 10 days out. She interrupted me, she informed me that her cleaners would not do this and basically called me a liar. She kept saying "as pleasant as this conversation is, I'm going to let you go" she was beyond rude and I WILL NEVER use this "company" again. They were worthless and have NO customer service.
