They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. Sean who showed up was extremely kind, and was confident he could get the job done. Which made me confident that he could too, I had a lot of cat urine stains in a rooms carpet that needed to be treated and some other stains (those were secondary). He was able to clean the rest of the carpet and said the pet odor should go away in a few days after drying and airing out but unfortunately this was not the case. The smell didn't go away, and we are just going to replace the entire carpet. I feel like I should have been told if they felt like the issue was too severe to treat with a carpet cleaning or if they thought I needed multiple treatments. It just sucks that I am going to be spending money twice on this carpet. I'd like it if I could get a partial refund. I would still recommend their service as they were fast and nice but just not for pet odor or pet stain removal. read more

We had 2 pretty different experiences with Aloha Carpet Care. We scheduled a deep carpet cleaning for a home we just bought, and we were satisfied with the service. They arrived right on time and when the technician arrived we found out he could also clean our tile which was a nice surprise as we were looking to get that done as well. So getting everything done in the same day by the same company was great. In person the technician told my husband we would receive a discount if we scheduled again for the residence we were moving out of. We tipped for this service. We ended up reaching out a week later to schedule a service for the old house. Upon booking I provided all the information requested as well as the address to the residence. They reached out to reschedule multiple times, which I guess is technically fine but inconvenient. The scheduled time frame for them to arrive was 12-2, they showed up a little after 2 and to the first residence they serviced not the address provided for this service. They got to the correct address at 2:45. The addresses are only 18 minutes from each other so that 40 minute time discrepancy is a little confusing. No discount was provided and no real attempt to apologize for the inconvenience and mistake was made. We did not tip for this service. Although it's not a huge deal, and we could afford the service at full cost, for me it's the principle. We had a great first experience and honestly a bad second one. I don't think I'll book future carpet cleaning services through them moving forward as this experience today left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Requested carpet cleaning through Yelp projects and they replied quickly with a quote. We needed our whole second floor carpet cleaned of three bedrooms, hallway, loft area, and stairs after moving out to put the 1 year old house back in original shape. Impressive they knew what rooms were not used as we did have two rooms that were used once a month and as a remote office so still pretty much brand new carpet in a new build. I literally kept the door closed everyday so our pets couldn't go in. Niko and Damien were quick, less than an hour, and said a few hours to let dry. Carpet cleaning consisted of these items: Sanitizer + Color Bright, Pet Endzyme + Steam Extraction, Disinfectant. They suggested the pet cleaning and helped get a small pet vomit stain out. They even helped move 2 furniture downstairs that were on the carpet so it wouldn't ruin the furniture from the moistness. So satisfying to see the end result with the pattern. I booked Aloha Carpet Care for both carpet and sofa cleaning. I was very pleased with the carpet service. I checked both upstairs and downstairs before paying, and everything looked great. Unfortunately, I forgot to check the sofas until later. Under the cushions, there was still hair and some stains, and the base of the sofa hadn't been cleaned at all. I ended up having to use my own equipment to bring it up to standard. Overall, the service was friendly, and I'll most likely continue using them for carpet cleaning only. read more
