Had them come out and clean all my carpets, the master bedroom which took the brunt of it still smelled a little bit after it dried I called to have them come back out to clean again letting them know it was not their fault my dog had just been that ill. I didn't notice until after they left, but they did not charge me to do that room again which I find unbelievable since it was not their fault. The Third time the workers did a terrible job.I contacted the owner Brian to come inspect the work, he refused and only resides a few miles away. The second issue I have with them is they were hired by my Step Daughter to fix a hole and the patch work was terrible. We had a company come three weeks earlier and clean the carpet the man was in and out within 7 mins I figured it couldn't have been cleaned right and I was correct. I contacted Clark county carpet and let them know i was in desperate need of help my carpets were worst off then before they had two gentleman out exactly two days later which was perfect for my schedule ! The men were very nice and explained to me exactly what they where doing. They have been gone now for little over two hours and my carpet is almost completely dry which shocked me since the previous company my carpet was wet for 2 days! At 10:00 am I received a phone call asking if it would be alright if the cleaners would be a few minutes late. My doorbell rang at 11:05 am. If stains won't come out I'm expected to be informed not that they will put down enzimes to get them out. I'm not kidding I've cleaned my carpets better with my Bissel Green Machine. Trish at customer service is super nice. Technician showed up a little late than the agreed time, it must've been the military in me that expected 15 mins prior. One man showed up and got 4 areas cleaned. Our carpet is not dirty as we don't use footwear on our carpet, but I mentioned pets have accidents in our carpet and one pup was marking. There was no presoak like other carpet cleaners have done in the past and I assume everything will be fine. Cleaning solution was neutral, I would have preferred a slight citrus smell would be nice, but we don't mind neutral. When it got dark, I used my black light and the pet stain was still on the carpet. I didn't expect it to be removed 100% but 50% off would have been my expectation. I paid half for what I normally pay for with presoak and where the pet stain is completely removed... I guess I got what I paid for.(?) I hired Clark County Carpet Cleaning after they basically rescued my parents. My parents had another company hired, and this other company called my parents 5 mins before their scheduled arrival time to cancel due to an equipment issue. My parents had already moved everything and put their dog in daycare, so they didn't want to reschedule for another day. My dad called Clark County Carpet Cleaning, and they were able to come same day! Whoo hoo! I liked that, as well as the fact that their carpet turned out looking really good, so I decided to call for a quote. Only issue I have is that she asked about bedrooms only, and quoted me $124. I asked if she was sure, if she needed any other house info, and she said no, everything was included. Once the gentlemen got here, I was told that due to the size of my living room/dining room, it would actually be $20 more than quoted. That's fine, but perhaps asking a little more info to get the right quote up front would be beneficial. Luckily I had enough cash on me. They were very, very fast. One of them pre-treated stains, and the other used the cleaner. They were in and out in 40 mins. Large living room, large master, 2 small bedrooms in the home, and a casita. My carpets look awesome! Be warned, which I knew this beforehand, but red stains tend to not come out well. My daughter and grandson live in our casita, and my grandson accidentally spilled red Gatorade. The stains are lighter for sure, but still there. I am impressed. Great price, very friendly and fast, and actually called 40 mins before our scheduled arrival time to ask if they could come early. They did an okay job cleaning our carpets. But they charged us more then our quoted price- even though I told them we had a 4 bedroom house with a living room and dining room. My husband was told that 2 of the rooms were bigger so they counted as 2 rooms, so we got charged for 8 rooms vs 6. No one ever asked me the size of the rooms. Also- I picked this company because of the awesome pictures of very dirty carpets becoming very clean. But that was not the case with our carpet. I'll admit, the carpets in the house we were renting were old. The owner has been re-renting the house with carpet that should have been replaced years ago. Those pictures must be carpet that got dirty over a few months time, then it was shampooed. My husband said the guy who came was really nice.
