How a business can continue to stay alive in this industry includes excellent customer service, honesty and being happy at work...this store has none of that. I was treated like crap because I didn't have an appointment. While I was there, another lady walked in who was clearly middle eastern. That lady also did not have an appointment but was treated like royalty! The fish face sushi girl Reta actually got off her but and helped her, so did Maream...They both left me alone. I then started to walk out of the store only to have yelled back at me "Don't ever come back and waste our time like that again!" I could not believe my ears. The entire experience was awful! And this location only carries end of the Season item and calling itself Loft - The Sale Shop! And surprisingly the merchandise is well organized and I do not have a feeling that I am shopping in a thrift store. Since it is relatively new, the sale staff here was really helpful. Selection wise though was a little boring, but I ended up picking up a scarf and a top. Please note all sales are final: no refund no exchange!

The floor manager is the worst, she is rude and abnoxious truly doesnt care about the clients. She embarrassed me in front of several other clients. Their dresses are nothing special, after I left the store I went to Avenue 22 Bridal in Toronto. The customer service is impecable found the same dress for 150 dollars cheaper.

Long story short, I was looking for a dress to wear for upcoming engagement photos and had already tried on probably 35 dresses at Vaughan Mills that day. I was frustrated and tired and just wanted to find something that I felt nice in, after hours of "meh" outfits. As soon as one of the employees, Charmaine, heard that we were looking for an outfit for an engagement shoot, she was so helpful. She pulled some suggestions from the floor and got a changeroom started. When it was time to try things on, the other attendant in the smaller changeroom - I didn't catch her name - provided honest and helpful feedback and was able to name and find a few more suggestions that we didn't even see while out browsing, while also helping the other women trying things on. I tried on about 10 things but could've gone with probably any of about five or six choices, thanks to their suggestions. I ended up choosing something that our 2nd attendant found, that I absolutely loved. It was more timeless and I know I can re-wear it in the future. Big kudos to the employees here for being helpful and so kind without being pushy. I definitely didn't feel pressured to buy, which I appreciated. Can't wait to wear the dress next weekend!
