The baseboard wasn't cleaned nor the toilet bowl and the floor got a quick once over. I requested an organizer for 1 bedroom, the person was exceptional!! My biggest complaint was the fee. I was quoted $440 and what a surprise when he charged me $597! I would have appreciated if he told me when he was "here this is an up charge". We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. It got to the point where I needed help keeping the house clean, so again, I called Magnifica. They come in weekly now, like a mini-tornado, washing, vacuuming, dusting and mopping. I called around to several different places to compare costs, and Two Maids was the most reasonably priced. They are responsive by phone, and paying for the service was easy. We got to pick between a lavender or citrus scent for the cleaning. The two cleaners did an impeccable job dusting, vacuuming, etc. Our friend was so impressed that she sent us pictures of every room after the cleaning. She feels so much less stressed knowing that her husband will be able to return to a fresh and clean home once he is discharged. It was quite a good "regular" clean but definitely not a deep clean. I had specifically asked for furniture to be moved but found it was still dirty under beds & couches.
