With little choice, we limped at 40mph 20 miles back to Butte. That was Saturday. We holed up in a hotel until Monday when things opened back up. Dealership service dept.s were full up. Kevin, office manager, of Car Tune took in our truck with no promise of being able to fix whatever was wrong in a hurry but did offer to run diagnostics asap. We left the vehicle with him/them and made our way back to our hotel. After only a few hours Kevin called us and said it was fixed. Indeed it was. We were able to salvage part of our intended trip and drove the truck pulling our trailer back home - 630 miles, 11.5 hours. No overheating. The truck ran perfect. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and crew! Tire-Rama is awesome! They saved my family so much money…read more My husband took my car into Les Schwab to have a tire fixed. Easy repair. While there he was told that he would have to purchase new tires as there were "cords" showing on my tire. There was not. Also, they stated that the brakes also needed fixed because of sever wear. Jokes on them. Those brakes were just done not long ago. My husband called Tire-Rama to see if he could get in. They said come on in! While there they fixed the tire. Checked each one for any issues. As well as went over brakes. No sever wear was found on any of the tires. the brakes are fine too. Just like we knew they would be. Tire-Rama thank you for your integrity and not seeing us as walking dollar signs. You now have our business for life.

I think there was a combination of elements creating chaos at the shop today-- a difficult vehicle ahead of me, training going on, etc. It came down to ONE person not listening to what I was asking; she just walked away and told me they wouldn't service the vehicle. Cooler heads prevailed and the others at the shop treated me better, you know, with recognition that I was the customer. Perhaps she just needs some training in customer service. They took us in, as they were directing us, they were keeping an eye out for our air conditioner and I felt that they really took good care of us. And they were nice guys, very personable.
