They charged over a hundred dollars for over filling the oil, did not fill my brake fluid, or radiator fluid, wiper fluid, and did not say anything about my air filter. I got to Phoenix thankfully but had nothing but problems with over heating and oil pressure since I got here. Very disappointed this time around.

On a recommendation from another RV repair person, we called Continental Repair and left a distressed message. Bob called us back within minutes and drove to our home to help us. He assessed what the issue was and from various parts he had, created an entirely new one to replace the faulty part the RV dealer used when they replaced the generator. His skills, professionalism, efficiency and kindness are commendable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions to ensure I understood why the faulty part did not properly work and how the part he assembled would stop the fuel leak.Because he worked so quickly and competently, we were able to continue with our plan to get the van out for our first camping trip.
