Tried to scam a 74 year old man into trading a $55,000 paid off truck for a piece of crap dented older truck with almost 200,000 miles and mechanical issues and $10,000 cash. The new truck was paid in full with only 11,000 miles. I called and told them not to screw him over and they lied. The trade was NO WHERE near fair or right. I had a really strange thing happen to my car and long story short, they got me in relatively quickly. The part I needed was going to take about a week but they were kind enough to let me just leave the car. I expected my car back in a week and a few days but I got it back in one week and there was a weekend included in that time! WOW, what a service department!! My wife, boys, and I were traveling thru Anaconda on our way from Glacier to Yellowstone when my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 developed a coolant leak while pulling our travel trailer. Because we are from out of town, Portland OR, and we were in the middle of a 16-day vacation, this leak bummed us out to say the least. After a quick conversation with the service desk I was not hopeful we would be able to be seen that day. They took the time to come outside, look at the truck, and determined it to be significant enough of a leak we would not make it to Butte and most likely seen by a larger shop. After a schedule consult, they were able to fit us in! We unhooked our trailer from the truck and had us out of there almost before we could finish eating breakfast in the lot! What a great shop! Wow, I guess I get to be first to review! I guess Montana has not been invaded by Yelpers yet. So, on a hunting trip out here from California and my check engine light pops on. Oh great! I can't wait to see how happy the local dealer will be to see yet another person from California! And I am totally expecting the "you want it when" with the laughing response! So, went in with trepidation and was greeted warmly by Jim Miller, the service manager. Was shocked that they would get my truck in the shop ASAP without an appointment, even though they looked slammed. Was further shocked that they had the part my truck needed in stock and was out of there in two hours! Whoa, can't be happening! But true! They were completely nice and professional! Visited with the owners son Bobby who was dressed as an Elk hunter for Halloween. In fact many employees were, including the technician with the bloody wrench sticking out of his head!
